Force Stop the Ditto App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Ditto app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Ditto to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Ditto App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Ditto app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Ditto.

Click Ditto » "Force Stop".

Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
