I called to cancel my service in October of 2024 and the idiot I talked to just kept asking why I wanted to cancel my subscription. You people have taken money out of my account for over a year now. I want a refund and an apology from bally. I even called the corporate office and of course got no reply. I just tried calling customer service and of course I couldn't get through. I want an answer as to why you are stealing money from me.
