Dont receive my order, the order is paid and confirmed to 3-5days… now is 6th Day, and no receive traking number, Also no information nothing… and no money Black… Is so frustating, because is a Gift!!! Im very angry..

Close and restart the florence app on iPhone
Update florence app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall florence iPhone app

To resolve florence network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Force Stop the florence App
1. On android, goto Settings » florence » click [Force Stop]

Update florence to the latest version on PlayStore
