If you are a US based customer, buy elsewhere. They have a cool assortment and good deals, but the quality is inconsistent and sizing is WAY off. I always wear a size 12 in shoes but the Seichi slides were far too small. The biggest warning is that you canโt feasibly return items. I was trying to return $120 worth of items (incl. exchanging the Seichi slides) and return shipping was $100+. To be clear: RETURNS ARE NOT FREE โ you will have to pay up $$$ to get anything returned because it has to go back to Australia. Iโll be going back to ASOS and not buying from here again.
