If you are a US based customer, buy elsewhere. They have a cool assortment and good deals, but the quality is inconsistent and sizing is WAY off. I always wear a size 12 in shoes but the Seichi slides were far too small. The biggest warning is that you can’t feasibly return items. I was trying to return $120 worth of items (incl. exchanging the Seichi slides) and return shipping was $100+. To be clear: RETURNS ARE NOT FREE — you will have to pay up $$$ to get anything returned because it has to go back to Australia. I’ll be going back to ASOS and not buying from here again.
App is good everything is just overpriced. Only good things worth it are the exclusives obviously. Other than that overpriced.

Hats were ordered and never delivered or sent. For months I have been waiting for a refund and am only getting the run around with canned responses. The site felt scam like and now are acting like it too.
