Um the ads are not working and it telling me to get roller skates but I need to watch ad to get them and it doesn't work even when I want to get a new skin I even updated it.

Close and restart the Coffee Stack app on iPhone
Update Coffee Stack app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Coffee Stack iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Coffee Stack on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Coffee Stack network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Coffee Stack not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Coffee Stack App
1. On android, goto Settings » Coffee Stack » click [Force Stop]

Update Coffee Stack to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Coffee Stack App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Coffee Stack » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Coffee Stack.

Fix Coffee Stack unable to contact server/ Coffee Stack internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Coffee Stack » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Coffee Stack » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Coffee Stack
