a person put a scooter in front of the car so it couldn’t move. the car can’t maneuver around anything (it can only go forward…) so i had to call support. after a screaming match from support and police they literally offered to get me an uber instead lol

Car crossed yellow median line and nearly hit an incoming vehicle. When turning the car almost always crossed into the lane of oncoming traffic.
Only one trip out of three I took did not have a serious issue, each trip was 15-25min. No longer sure if I can recommend Cruise in good conscious.

I live in one of the rare SF area where Cruise can operate. I have been on the waitlist for weeks and zero feedback. Definitely not a company that seems to care about (potential) customers. Not good business. Very disappointing.
