Not working no matter what I do

I want to buy a snack. The machine shows up in the queue. I click on it and all it says is select what I want from the machine but there is nothing to select and the timer runs out. I even tried adding money to my wallet and it still wasn’t working. I checked all the tutorials and videos and I’m doing what it tells me and nothing is happening. Now I’m €5 down and no snack…
You won’t get anything from the machine.

If you are trying to lose weight this is perfect, I spent an hour trying to get a cookie and I was never able to get it! It’s like an unwinnable video game level. Horrible interface, but I think they have it right if the goal is to lose weight.
