I have tried to access my account for several days. I forgot my password, so had to request. First time was about 3 days ago. Message was it would be emailed in 24 hours. NOPE! Called Customer Service number yesterday. Finally answered. Put on hold, no one ever came back. Tried again yesterday to sign on (request password) after no help from Customer Service. Still no email to reset password. What is up with this? It’s very frustrating.

this app app is useless. Their supper people could not help to register my account!

BUT this app is apparently part of Allwell who has a website (no app) where I was immediately able to register using my id# and dob.

Y’all need to scrap Wellcare and start over because Wellcare is absolutely horrendous can’t get past enter security questions or answers.

Try to use pharmacy finder. They are all around me but none show on Wellcare which makes it completely useless.

Wellcare continues to ask for Face ID, then it doesn’t work. Is it even available? Fix it.

Nearly impossible to sign on after three pages of registration Wellcare doesnt open. User name , user id#s, are differnt on every page.

Every time I try to log into Wellcare an error message that say “This line of business is not available” comes up.

App does nothing but let you pay your bill. No benefit information, pharmacy locator does not work, medication lookup does not work. What is the point of Wellcare????

I'm a Medicare drug plan member, and the exact same credentials I use on the website do not work on Wellcare . I have decided to stop trying and deleted Wellcare .

I just downloaded Wellcare but when I try to log in I get this message!?!
“The Line of business is not available.“
What’s up with that? Very frustrating!!!

After logging in, nothing can be done. I mean, there is absolutely no point in Wellcare . Also, my last name that was changed years ago is showing up.

Most of the functions still do not work after update. Dev responses ask to contact them to assist you. However, this is not a user issue, it is an app issue. Please just make Wellcare work.

The only thing worse than this app’s customer service is their app.
Not to mention how they drop the affordable plans and force you into plans 3 times the $$ for dropped plan.
Charging me $70 a month while they pay $8.

A new update to add 2022 medicare plans and a new error message. “Unable to connect to server”.
Sounds like some app developers don’t know the difference between Reset and shut down.

nothing about this application works you can’t look up prescriptions you can’t do anything on it other than look at your card. What a waste of time and I’m sorry you’ve spent so much money developing an app that is worthless

As previously stated in other reviews can’t connect to server.
Can’t change default pharmacy to your preferred pharmacy.
App doesn’t break down what prescriptions go towards your deductible.
App doesn’t show auto payments such as PDP deduction from Social Security.
It’s a very basic app with limited function.

Cannot login to the application. Called Web support and they advised that they are not responsible and could not offer help for the application only the website. They could not provide any contact information for the people who are responsible for the application. The application does not show any numbers for Support.

First, I can no longer see when prescriptions are ready to be refilled and how to order them to be sent. Is that being done automatically? WHY?

Second, the nearest CVSs are all about 25 miles from me but do not show up on your map. Rural areas need more information on that “map”.

Hard to believe the old app was so much better than this new app. Come on🤷‍♀️

I’ll probably delete it because all of the information is available just as easily from the website. The main information I want is not available on either Wellcare or the website: how much of my deductible have I paid? That’s a pretty important piece of data that I can’t seem to get.

Okay: It works again. Back to 5 stars. Now I can log in.

Updated review - 12/1/2021: Zip Code pharmacy search now works, sort of. That is, dozens of pharmacies show up as a list or on a map. That’s progress. However, all the pharmacies are marked non preferred, both for 2021 and 2022, there’s no option to search pharmacies by name yet, and worse, Wellcare crashed without warning twice. Still needs lots of work, keeps 1-star rating. Original review: As a new enrollee for 2022, all Wellcare shows is my name. No ID card, no pharmacy search results in a ZIP where there are dozens, no drug pricing info except for one random pharmacy that’s not even a preferred pharmacy. Wellcare needs lots of work. I’ll change my review if and when it’s done.

I am a retired Programmer Analyst, and I am new to this app and your app. When registering, I had to use a number in my username. This rule is unusual and nonsensical. How is that supposed to aid in security when it is a visible field? Not sure why you’re programmers require a number in this field, but it is strange. There is No Value in using a number as part of a username. Now, more importantly the other “no value” portion. I live two to three miles from my two main pharmacies. I performed a look up of local pharmacies and your app found zero. I chose to let Wellcare use my location. Then I denied Wellcare from using my location, and I entered the zip code of the actual pharmacies and the name of each pharmacy. Your app found nothing. How is this helpful? I am forced to sign up for a whole year with this app. I am already concerned about the difficulties I will have. Also, why does your app not allow a cost lookup for 90 day supply prices? I am seriously considering canceling my choice of this app if the new year hasn’t even started and I can’t get the service I require.

Going to my pharmacy to switch my drug plan away from WellCare. Absolutely no customer service!! Spent 3 days trying to access my account! So very tired of trying NO AMERICAN CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE!!! No service thru app no help!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICENOCUSTOMERSERVICE!!!!
