It’s quite slow for logging in. I can go the whole day waiting for it to finish “processing” my log in information.

Absolutely useless!!! Registered and that’s it - does not want to log me in. “Oops! Something went wrong! It’s not you, it’s us……”. Since yesterday, but Telkom insists I use it to pay.

No tablet or iPad support for OTP actions

Looks good and easy to navigate BUT

All actions require a SMS OTP and tablets/iPads cannot receive SMS messages.
The app needs a secondary verification method.

I’m trying to “donate” data from one number to another and the helpful solution was to take the sim out and put it in another device that can receive SMS.
