HeartHealthPulseMeasure claims you can throw away your blood pressure monitor . The ad leads you to believe you will use your phone to take blood pressure readings .... LIE.... all it does is record your pulse. you have to enter blood pressure redangs manually. Hard to do if you threw away your blood pressure monitor.

They also dont give you a way to cancel the subscription like they indicated. The subscription has a different name than HeartHealthPulseMeasure and doesnt have a cancel button untill it renews(supposedly).

after deleting HeartHealthPulseMeasure after 5 minutes, they tried to process my credit card and still show the subscription as renewing in three days

SLIMIEST company I have come across.

Deleted 3 minutes after install. In HeartHealthPulseMeasure details the developer claims there is a “3-day Free Trial”. That is a blatant lie. The ONLY thing HeartHealthPulseMeasure does for free is use bait and switch tactics to sucker you into paying for a subscription and downloading other apps. You don’t get so much as one single use for free. This developer obviously has no conscience, so why would any intelligent person trust them with their money and privacy?

The tech was interesting & that app was “free” was certainly attractive. In practice HeartHealthPulseMeasure is nothing more than an almost forced attempt to upgrade to a fee charged app! To start, you are told to “tap on the heart” . All that accomplishes is a new screen urging you to agree to a free trial of their upgraded app. One is caught in a back & forth screen to upgrade without taking you to the functioning heart rate indicator! Usually with free apps you cycle thru this upgrade attempt 2-3 times to arrive at the functioning activity. With HeartHealthPulseMeasure it seems the cycle is ENDLESS! IMO, this “free app” is a total waste of your time!

App says NO external devices needed. But all it does is pulse check. If you want blood pressure or oxygen saturation you have to check that externally and then enter into HeartHealthPulseMeasure , what a crock !!! Avoid HeartHealthPulseMeasure like the plague as the navigation is hard if you want to avoid spending money on the paid subscriptions and ads !!!

I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt so deceived I wanted to warn others !! Proceed at your own peril !!!

I got HeartHealthPulseMeasure so that I could give a review to warn people about issues in regards to HeartHealthPulseMeasure:
1. The company "Unity" has a lot of concerns fro me. They have a walking app where it says you need to give them information about a "withdraw account." Why not an account to deposit? Also they had a few side games where you were supposedly going to add more points to your total points. Once you reach a certain level the points never get added to the total.
2. There are so many ads for their programs.
3. Most important: You CANNOT take pulse or blood pressure from a camera lens on a phone. For blood pressure, you need a cuff to do it coorrectly. Pulse doesn't work without certain pressure points to get an accurate reading.
If you want an accurate pulse from an Apple product, get an Apple Watch.
I am a nurse so I know what I'm taking about.

Stay away from Unity Apps..

I searched for free heart apps and this one came up. I never saw a price. After ai downloaded it, I got an email saying I bought an app. Looking further, opening closed areas I see HeartHealthPulseMeasure costs$6.99 and has monthly fees. I did not authorize this purchase. This should be disclosed in a clear way as soon as you read about HeartHealthPulseMeasure , not buried in hidden information. I deleted HeartHealthPulseMeasure immediately and do not want to pay for this.

Wonderful app to check heartbeat without any smart watches. It use camera to check. Love it. Awesome experience. Good working in any device which has camera. Real and appropriate measurements.

Best! Ive used many... I suffer from mental and physical health issues. When my anxiety shoots up, I have to do breathing exercises, and I have to monitor my heart rate. So I know what, and when things are happ. HeartHealthPulseMeasure really is incredible that works immidiate, and you can print/Share out your own cardiograph!!! That is huge for me I mean huge! You can go back to different dates, whatever you want to do if you're looking for something to monitor your heart rate I absolutely recommend this!

Ive tried at least 10 or 12+ this one works the very best, no time limit, most accurte. Ive tested it against my fitbit and is spot on!

It requires good light to see through your finger but otherwise seems to be quite accurate even with irregular heart beats like sinus arrythmias.

Accurate. Tried two different apps and my smartwatch and all three gave me the same exact reading. This technology fascinates me.

This works so great! Other apps just stops randomly in some point. But HeartHealthPulseMeasure just continuously monitors your heart rate for as long as you want. A dark mode for HeartHealthPulseMeasure sounds like a great idea too!!!

I checked my heart rhythm using my stethoscope while using HeartHealthPulseMeasure . It's pretty accurate. I suffer from anxiety so I keep track of it for my doctor. So far, it's been pretty helpful.

Found this quite good and near enough spot on. I have pvcs and wanted something that could pick them up. HeartHealthPulseMeasure does that. I can clearly see the pause in my heart beats when I have 1. Although it isn't an app that will try to tell you what is wrong with your heart. I have also found that it seems to add a heart beat every now and again, but this could be movement from my twitchy finger.

It's as accurate as professional equipment in my experience when comparing the two simultaneously. I definitely recommend HeartHealthPulseMeasure!

It's simple, no nonsense app. I don't know it's accuracy as I don't have any other device which accurately checks hear rate, so I can cross reference it, but for day to day or for an apparent idea of your heart rate, HeartHealthPulseMeasure will work (Fabulously, as well). Had an suggestion though, please allow us to connect it to google fit app, will make all fitness realted data easy to access as well as maintain.

Hello! I am a Healthcare worker, now i don't have with me my portable pulse oximeter to check pulse rate, then i install HeartHealthPulseMeasure, I like it, it works, i compare the result from the result of HeartHealthPulseMeasure to the physiologic monitor, then a bit difference, app result is 75bpm then the machine is 77bpm, still okay.. 😊😊😊

Liked it 👍.. changing some default settings has made it more convenient, for example choosing the sensor or camera and back or front camera too! Nice one

I have had this program more than a year I definitely recommend it for persons that need this information constantly. It's a reliable tool with the measurements memory.

Found a heart rate monitor that doesn't ask me to sign up for dumb memberships or require me to sign in...I understand that it's not gonna be as accurate as actual medical devices but it's still nice to have for in case, since I have heart failure. Thanks

Best app out there for checking your rhythm. Wish it would differentiate pvs. I can only monitor supraventricular/ sinus rhythm. In menu/settings you can turn on continious strip. And HeartHealthPulseMeasure allows you to discard or save. Uses flash. May cause too much heat. Only drawback. Highly recommend.

The software isn’t easy to use with the iPhone pro. The camera and light sources are difficult to use unlike earlier iPhones. It can be Donne but the graphic is not helpful as the light source and camera are diagonal. Nice app that suffers from neglect.

Haven't had it for long but it appears to do what it says. And unlike most other apps I've tried, this one doesn't let you measure your heart beat two times and then ask that you upgrade to pro to continue.

IMO HeartHealthPulseMeasure is head and shoulders above the rest in this category. It is extremely simple to use, very accurate and records and stores results, giving me something very meaningful to show my cardiologist. One addition I'd like to see is a small text field to allow a recording to be annotated with activity information to add important context.

Its quiet close to accurate result. Have compared with Omron BP Pulse monitor device on realtime basis and its mostly been around the same for HeartHealthPulseMeasure and the device. I use it as a guide for monitoring the pulse at work or when in stressful situation.
