How to fix Hello Bello app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Hello Bello app on iPhone
Update Hello Bello app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Hello Bello iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Hello Bello on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Hello Bello network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Hello Bello Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Hello Bello not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Hello Bello App
1. On android, goto Settings » Hello Bello » click [Force Stop]

Update Hello Bello to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Hello Bello App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Hello Bello » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Hello Bello.

Fix Hello Bello unable to contact server/ Hello Bello internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Hello Bello » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Hello Bello » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Hello Bello
