0 review 😡 even identified a spider twice as a dog tick . One the very first picture . I am so upset . I got scammed . I canceled subscription within a few hours and I’m forced to pay and keep the active the subscription. Why would I want this app when it can’t identify correctly. Took 5 pictures 5 times of same spider and never got the same answer . I want my money back !!!!

Wouldn’t let me identify the giant cockroach men who keep smashing through my windows and stealing my beloved organs! They might not actually be cockroaches because bullets work on them. But these things? No way. Bullets just fly off their carapaces and make them angry! Weirdly enough, they seem concerned for my health, saying stuff like “take your meds!” Or “You need to calm down!”
Anyway, I wish I could rate this 0 stars because I’m not dropping 40 bones—they’re stealing those too—on this app just to find out the spider in the corner is named Cletus Dillburger—I already know she’s poisonous and bites dudes heads off.

This app appears to be free until JUST before you get to the point that it’ll tell you what the bug is. After you’ve uploaded the photo, it’s like “we know what bug this is! But to see it, you need to pay for a subscription.” Wish I’d known that before wasting my time downloading the app!
