Misleading, must subscribe to see result
This app appears to be free until JUST before you get to the point that it’ll tell you what the bug is. After you’ve uploaded the photo, it’s like “we know what bug this is! But to see it, you need to pay for a subscription.” Wish I’d known that before wasting my time downloading the app!

Couldn’t be more wrong
I showed a picture of a worm, looking to identify the type, and they said it was a “red ant”. There is a feature in the app that says you can submit to their “experts” if they misdiagnose something. I did that two weeks ago and I’ve heard nothing back.

Horrible
I have been trying to request my money back for a week - since I paid the subscription I have been able to open the app twice and now it just crashes. Absolute garbage and a scam. Cannot get in contact with developers
