I’m so disappointed of the support team that none could help me to get back my money which was stolen with scammers. None could help me, because it happened so quickly without any confirmation code on the phone or with number, and it was so easy click to send the money, so I didn’t realise what happened. I even didn’t send the money, the scammer just get the access to my account and send it by himself. Why there is no any warning, that someone new have access to your account and if it’s not me, just prevent it and closed the access? There is someone who got the access to my account with another ip address and none can help me to find him and to do something to get back my money? Why this scammers can stole so easily and without any retribution? Why none asked me who it was and we can block their accounts so couldn’t reach other people to trick them? I was your user of Tonkeeper and I believed you and in your security system, and none want to take a responsibility of the scammers who get access to your created app and can easily steal the money from your users?
