I have been a ML customer for years and I do like their web platform. But the phone app? It’s trash. It constantly has bugs like not being able to scroll back through more than 20 sent campaigns (yes i have spoken with their tech people about it. It gets fixed and they reoccurs a few updates later), or not loading content.

Plus, you can only make plain text emails in the app? Come on guys… In today’s tech heavy world no business sends plain text emails. Where is the drag and drop builder like other ECRM companies integrate into their app? I need to be able to set up emails on the go, and can’t without my laptop. It’s getting to the point i might have to change companies because i need this feature!

In short, this app is barely worth the download and certainly doesn’t add value for paying customers!!

I’ve been with ML for years and since their ~2021 revamp to the “New” platform, things have seriously gone downhill. pricing has gone up dramatically, even further long time customers. More importantly and relevant, they have not added much of value. I still cannot send campaign from my phone. This app usually has major bugs. For example, today nothing loads. So I might as well delete it. Very frustrating.

I like mailerlite in general but use the desktop version. The app is ok but it’s limited so that’s where the frustration lies with it. Apart from that it’s so messed up that they don’t offer customer support unless you’re a paying customer. This has actually caused many of us to abandon their platform because we get stuck, (esp with domain authentication and creating dns records) and their customer service is unavailable. As a business person, this is bad business. Because I find myself having to leave the platform for other platforms that offer better service. They could have easily converted me to a paying customer if they served me as a free customer and gave me a good experience, proving their trustworthiness as a company. It’s been disappointing. My email has been locked up for over a month bc of not being able to get it authenticated with my domain, and they’re not helping me. Why would I give them more money if they won’t even help me from the beginning? In my opinion this business model is hurting them, not helping them. They USED to offer great customer support.
