I like mailerlite in general but use the desktop version. MailerLiteManager is ok but it’s limited so that’s where the frustration lies with it. Apart from that it’s so messed up that they don’t offer customer support unless you’re a paying customer. This has actually caused many of us to abandon their platform because we get stuck, (esp with domain authentication and creating dns records) and their customer service is unavailable. As a business person, this is bad business. Because I find myself having to leave the platform for other platforms that offer better service. They could have easily converted me to a paying customer if they served me as a free customer and gave me a good experience, proving their trustworthiness as a company. It’s been disappointing. My email has been locked up for over a month bc of not being able to get it authenticated with my domain, and they’re not helping me. Why would I give them more money if they won’t even help me from the beginning? In my opinion this business model is hurting them, not helping them. They USED to offer great customer support.
