1 year agoHello, My husband & I were attempting to resolve an issue w/a VIZIO TV rep & due to our physical remote not responding, went to the APP icon & got YOUR app (which charged us $10!) vs the ‘official’ VIZIO remote app (which is FREE!). Therefore, having NO success w/our issue & NEVER intending to purchase YOUR app, to get our issue resolved, we want a REFUND to our credit card, that was used to purchase it. Please contact me for assistance, as I could not find a customer service # to speak to someone (which is truly frustrating!!) Thus just took place within the last 2 hrs of trying to resolve our issue with VIZIO. Would NOT recommend
App is overpriced and doesn’t even work right, Everytime I’d click a button it would go straight to an ad unless I paid which I’m not willing to do for a mobile tv remote that doesn’t work. This app glitches on me 24/7 anyone would be crazy to pay for it. Word of advice if you have a Vizio tv get Vizio SmartCast mobile. It’s free to use, doesn’t have ads between every click!

Waste of money
This was honestly a complete waste of money. I paid for the lifetime premium of $9.99 and after about a week and a half the remote doesn’t even connect to my tv any more. Like literally it will connect to every other tv that is near except for my tv and my tv is most definitely connected to the same WiFi. I will definitely be filing for a dispute to get my money back.

Not worth the price!!!
I lose my remote all the time. But honestly I wish I had just bought a tile for my remote rather than this app. Literally never can connect to my tv it’s absolutely useless. Would be so convenient if it worked. Makes me wish I had bought a Roku tv because the remote app is free
