How to fix GO! app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the GO! app on iPhone
Update GO! app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall GO! iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix GO! on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve GO! network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix GO! not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent GO! app issues:

Force Stop the GO! App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click GO! app. » click "Force Stop".

Update GO! to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear GO! App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "GO! app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch GO!.

Fix GO! unable to contact server/ GO! internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click GO! » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got GO! » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch GO! on android.
