I wouldn’t like to waste my time in commenting on Tata Neu’s downhill journey. A business or service doesn’t become good just because it has “Tata” in its name. I get better offers elsewhere and therefore have minimised my dealings on Tata Neu.
Not user friendly app. Finding anything on TataNeu is very difficult. Of all the UPI apps TataNeu is very badly designed. It is very busy with all the products and offers. Please fix this. I really love the TATA brand.
Cannot place orders four days says cart is empty even when items are there and even after reinstalling TataNeu
Keep getting error “something went wrong. Try again”, after selecting the Time Window.

Your Chat app needs “Other reasons” for selection. My Error issue is not listed in the choices.
I am trying to add the. Very first item to the card which is a 200ml juice but it doesn’t allow me to add it and displays error stating 15kg limit is reached.
The shops have a vast variety of items ( though inventories are often ZERO ) and pricing is decent .

Thanks to this app Ads on IPL , I decided to try this first time 😊My only concern is your association with Big Basket , which I don’t consider as a reputed business partner 😞
