No information is shown on the weather maps such as cloud cover, precipitation or lightning etc. it has been like this for a couple of weeks. Reloaded app but has made no difference.

Premium account should show 14 days in sdvance but is currently showing only 10. Todays forecast is showind dry with sunny intervals. I am in an area covered bw a Met office severe weather warning watching continuous heavy rain. Unless things improve I shall not renew.

My WeatherPro Premium App shows weather up to 2 weeks ahead but starting yesterday (30/12/23) it shows no data for the last day of the 14, no data increases by one day for each day since 30th. Currently therefore the final 2 days showing no data- tomorrow I expect it to be 3 days

location does not work in Weather Pro or Rain Today I turn it On within the app, but it resets to OFF when leaving Setting page. Location set to While Using App in Location Settings

Same issue as mentioned in other messages. Auto Location does not work. If activated on settings , closed and reopen setting it’s off again. IPhone 13pro.

My location not working, I can toggle it on within the app, but it will not stay on.

I can activate “my location” in the settings but after activating it gets de-activated again. I have an iPhone 13pro and already uninstalled and reinstalled the App but that does not solve the problem. My wifi is very good.

How to fix Weather Pro app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Weather Pro app on iPhone
Update Weather Pro app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Weather Pro iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Weather Pro on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Weather Pro network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Weather Pro Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Weather Pro not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Weather Pro App
1. On android, goto Settings » Weather Pro » click [Force Stop]

Update Weather Pro to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Weather Pro App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Weather Pro » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Weather Pro.

Fix Weather Pro unable to contact server/ Weather Pro internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Weather Pro » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Weather Pro » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Weather Pro
