The app loads abut closes when I click on certain screens like stats and coach. Why is it closing suddenly and how do I fix it?

I used the app once three days ago. I can back today and I open the app but it just sits there and loads. I have tried swiping out of the app multiple times but it won’t work.

How to fix Pulsebit app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Pulsebit app on iPhone
Update Pulsebit app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Pulsebit iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Pulsebit on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Pulsebit network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Pulsebit Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Pulsebit not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Pulsebit App
1. On android, goto Settings » Pulsebit » click [Force Stop]

Update Pulsebit to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Pulsebit App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Pulsebit » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Pulsebit.

Fix Pulsebit unable to contact server/ Pulsebit internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Pulsebit » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Pulsebit » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Pulsebit
