Why is it free?

Pulsebit is good and all, it picks up on feelings pretty well and it gives you good prompts to really talk to yourself. it just doesn’t make much sense to me why they advertise it as free if you have to pay to actually experience the main function of Pulsebit anyway. it’s a good idea but i think the developers should just have you pay for it out right rather than having all of these in app pop-ups telling you to pay money to use Pulsebit . it’s just kinda ridiculous and not thought out in my opinion.

Pretty Cool App

I was a little frustrated with Pulsebit because it wouldn’t analyze my recording. I had to try it about three times before it successfully uploaded. Needless to say I was frustrated and annoyed when it finally uploaded (I’ve been having a rough time) and I was surprised to see that it picked up on those feelings 😂

Scam

Downloaded this from a Facebook ad, which showed a user scanning their facial expressions to help identify emotions. This is not a component of Pulsebit at all. You can use voice recordings or type to record your feelings, but it just says “poor internet connection or insufficient data.” On top of this, the company would like you to pay them a subscription fee (also not shown in the ad of course) to use their mood tracker that doesn’t work. They should have spent less time on their fake ad and more time on creating a real app!

Wasted three Hours of my time just to figure out I have to pay for it.

I was trying to get advice from Pulsebit but then when it said that I needed to start a free trial to access the actual part of Pulsebit and then be charged weekly is ridiculous. I’m a teenager and I’m going through a really difficult time and I can’t even trust to talk to my therapist or any of my counselors at school because their all against me. So thanks.

Scam

Downloaded this from an Instagram ad. Was excited, because I’ve been out of therapy for a while because of covid. Open Pulsebit , set up my goals, go to write my first entry, and bam. I have to pay money to do anything. Pulsebit shouldn’t be free, as it is extremely misleading and rude. Will be deleting, as I refuse to pay money to a company with such sleezy work ethics. Please market your app correctly

Connection issues

I think the concept is great and the design also but it has to work. Keeps saying it can’t connect to the internet. It is the only app on my phone with that issue. Very frustrating as I even paid for it. Poor internet connection or not enough data error even after reinstalling it

Reflections

The emotional indexes really helped me understand how I was feeling. Two thumbs up! Will definitely consider the weekly purchase.

Not free ad advertised

Pulsebit is listed as free with in app purchases, the in app purchase is Pulsebit , no only that but a subscription.

This kind of dishonest poisons the faith any reasonable person would have had in the apps abilities, as it reveals itself to be nothing more than a capitalist scheme rather than an actual tool for helping those in need.

iPhone 8

I just subscribed and in trying to use Pulsebit , it only shows me part of the screen. I can’t access the button that allows my mic to work. There is no back button and I can’t do anything.

!!!

Absolutely love Pulsebit the only exception I have is that there is a limited amount of entry’s every week! I don’t like that I have to pay to keep entering entry’s,Otherwise the best app I’ve used for mental health.

Profiting off peoples feelings.

Many people do this but you use Pulsebit to profit off peoples pain and things they need to work on. You get this idea in their head that “ Pulsebit will help”, and it gives in-depth ideas on how to focus on it but we have to pay for the fee.

First day

So far so good, I really enjoy the voice helping me to pinpoint my emotions.

By

So confused

Pulsebit says it’s free but yet I have to pay a subscription fee to even unlock any of Pulsebit . I wish there were more companies out there that weren’t trying to profit off of other peoples problems and pain.

Outdated Trash

It looks very outdated. It’s basically just to get you to join the free trial for 7.99 a week forget about canceling the subscription and take your money. There’s nothing on Pulsebit worth that amount of money. Pulsebit needs to be discontinued.

By

This would be ok

This would be a good app if there wasn’t a constant add to subscribe you shouldn’t have to pay to watch your mental health

By

Nothing like the advertisement

Nothing like the advertisement that pointed me towards Pulsebit. Click bait download advertisement it seems. Shame that it was. Advertisement showed Pulsebit doung certain hints. App itself does not do what the advertisement showed it doing at all. 🤷‍♂️

By

Cool idea, wrong price

This is not worth $40 a month. Cmon guys. Give a 1 week no credit card trial and ppl will purchase if they like it

By

it’s a Scam

Saw it on social media and look through the reviews. The reviews were all positive and five stars but they seemed fake ??? I downloaded Pulsebit and it asked if i wanted to try a free trial. i said no and it gave me nothing but a journal?

By

Charged with no subscription

I cancelled my free trial literally the day after I got it and today I was charged $7.99 for a subscription that I don’t even have! I want my money back.

By

Misleading.

I downloaded this from a Instagram ad, well no where in the ad does it express that you have to pay to journal your thoughts and mental health. Deleted immediately.

By

False advertising on Instagram

🥺 waste of time trying it out nothing like it was made out to be

By

Okay, WHAT???

I downloaded Pulsebit, and ONLY Pulsebit. Next thing I know there are THREE NEW APPS on my phone from clicking install on a single app. SCAMMY!

By

Want my money back

How do I get my Money back not worth the $42 I am not going to use it.

By

Doesn’t work

Nothing works
