Offline downloaded content is not working on Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G; model SM-G781W; android version 13; One UI version 5. Running Duotone Wing Academy app version 2.3 (3383). No permissions are denied. When in offline/airplane mode, downloaded lesson content does not work properly. The lesson videos do not load, text is missing or partial, images are not available. In the Profile, Downloaded section it shows 49 tricks but 0 Mb, normally shows 1536 Mb when connected. If selecting a trick lesson from with the Download section and offline, red banner appears on lesson "please check your internet connection". I have uninstalled and re-installed app, cleared cache and app data. All aspects seem to work properly when network connectivity is restored.
