Lottocom was fine, but it’s now extremely inconvenient if you want to play the same numbers as a previous order. Your only option for that is to sign up for a subscription to those numbers, which removes your control over whether you want to participate in each drawing.

Every time I try to buy a ticket it can’t locate me. Lottocom is a piece of crap and waste of time

They told me to change password but can’t find out how. Then when I try to contact them, I just get a message that says oops, something went wrong. Yes, I know something went wrong. I wasted my time on your website. No wonder it only has 3 stars.

After trying to get Lottocom to work for days I’m just giving up. Can’t verify location and I’ve checked my network, tried using cellular service instead, enabled location on Lottocom and my phone, and tried multiple cards.

I won a couple of times but it was only like $10-$20-$11 so far and maybe like a couple of hours later I will receive my money. But I recently won $1500 and 3 days has passed and still see no money in my account. Yeah of course they not going to give me that..ha ok…yeah I’m getting off Lottocom.

I try to buy one of the scratch off tickets as soon as I more funds available, it was over at the time of trying to purchase some scratch off ticket which was 100+ your $10 convenience fee comes out to $110. With my previous winnings of the previous scratcher was 150. Oh, here comes the best part I couldn’t even get out of where you would click check out.

I’m not a gambling person but been desperate lately so I’ve played multiple games on Lottocom- PAID $100’s of dollars - in hopes to win something & not only do they HOLD your money for processing - you’ll never win! AND I’m having this problem where every-time I buy a ticket I have to delete Lottocom and reinstall it again because the screen goes all white on their end & that’s annoying.

They say it’s some special technology, which I believe BUT before they use that tech for the customer to scratch it online it seems like there is a human manually scratching it first and when asked multiple times they avoided the question and could/would not assure me that it’s not a human manually scratching it before it gets sent to customer. if they could just provide some transparency on the process that would be great but they won’t and if it’s a human scratching it first what kind of process do they have to make sure successful cards are still sent to customer

I have bought numerous times $50 scratch tickets and it taken them over 15 hrs to get me my tickets. They take your money immediately then gave all the excuses of why they aren’t sending your tickets out to you. I’ve complained to customer service that are very very hard to get ahold of to only receive auto generated emails. If it’s all technical why would it take 15 hrs to get a ticket you owed for immediately. I’ll be moving over to jackpot once I get my $50 ticket. Will never ever use this Mickey Mouse company ever again. I work hard for my money for them to hold onto it for 15 plus hours.

Verification process is terrible.

After I uploaded my info to them it took much longer than any app to verify.

They’re clearly understaffed and probably going bankrupted soon. STAY AWAY!

Terrible company terrible service!!

I enjoyed Lottocom at first and made several purchases on it. All of a sudden, it’s unable to locate me (even though I’m sitting in the exact same spot on my couch where I made my previous purchases), which results in not being able to make purchases. Customer service was no help. It seems like this would be a relatively easy thing to check to see why their location services aren’t working for me, but apparently it’s a ton of red tape that just isn’t worth it for me. Jackpocket is an app that’s just a good, and I’ve had no issues with it…I recommend giving it a try.

How are you going to design an app that doesn’t use one of the top two MasterCard issuers in the world such as Apple Card and Capital One.

After using Lottocom once or twice my debit card that was attached to Lottocom was compromised & charges from Apple & others started appearing on my account…. Check your account after every use…. Something is definitely “fishy “ here !!

Makes you put your card info and than doesn’t work. Now I feel like I have to watch my card for fraud.

Lottocom strongly lacks the technology to precisely track your location, even when all permissions have been given. Even with the help of customer service, they were unable to prove that I was in Colorado, therefore, I was unable to purchase any tickets. Very frustrating.

It was ok at first takes a while to show winning numbers. Not only that but the last ticket I won they didn’t send me my winnings. The first email I sent I received a generic message but it didn’t answer my question as to where was my money so I sent a second email and they never responded.

I’ve been using this services for a long time, no problems, smooth sailing and even recommended it to my friends Then just recently, they also want me to provide my checking/ debit card information. I’ve been using my credit card for ALL transaction because it has fraud protection, instead of vendors having direct access to our checking information. So this gave me pause…

Everytime I tried to put in a card, it would say unsuccessful. Tried with multiple cards and the same message. Not worth the hassle and ended up going to the store to purchase. Hope I don’t see credit card fraud in my transactions now.

A little bummed there’s not really an option to scratch the ticket like you normally would. It zooms in too much on the ticket and it has this auto scratch feature so it’s less satisfying to those who enjoy the scratching part. Also, there support isn’t the most helpful, I’ll start by saying it was my fault I mistakenly typed in my backing account number in both fields for the payout instead of the routing number but refusing to even help with anything was a little dissatisfying. I sent them proof and they figured out what happened but couldn’t stop/cxl the transaction? Also, comparing this to Jackpocket, lotto has a much higher wait time, it doesn’t let you fund your account in case you want to split payments between cards. If you use your winnings on lotto to purchase another ticket, you still have to pay a convenience fee where on Jackpocket you don’t. Overall Jackpocket is a much better app for playing.

What is the point of paying a convenience fee if the product can’t be delivered right away. Trying to buy a lotto ticket online so I didn’t have to go to the store and I have to wait for it since it’s not in the correct time window.

I bought my first scratch ticket over 12 hours ago and am still waiting for it to process. The whole point of an app is convenience is it not? I would rather just go to a gas station at this point instead of having to beg their awful bot chat help system to just process my order. Very frustrating.

Do not buy scratch offs on Lottocom you will never win, not sure how it works once you purchase a scratch off if a random convenient store pulls it but I feel like they scan it to see if it’s a win or loss and sell it to you, I literally spent hundreds and never win only made exactly what I paid on one and lost all other purchases. It’s not worth it trust me this is only good for buying lotto tickets.

Playing the numbers seem fair and good but I think they’re scamming on those scratch off tickets. We wouldn’t know otherwise if they’re sending an already non winning ticket to customers and keeping the winner tickets. Especially after getting multiple non winning tickets, some purchased in a row.

But I’m also 95% sure the lottery is a scam and a tax on the poor and every number is calculated by governments so no one wins it. Just google McDonald’s monopoly game controversy. It’s a wild story. I play once a year anyway, because of that 5% and “Hey, you never know!” I’m also terrible at math so…

It keeps freezing when I try to put my numbers in.

Shows the tickets ordered. Gave me a second chance refund. 5 + power play. Says everyone deserves to win. Could of just taken the money but used it to buy 5 tickets more + powerplay. Seems better than Jpocket or other competitors. Few more improvements to Lottocom and it can be #1. But I’m not an expert on app development. So cheers that I win and others too.

I love Lottocom , it makes it easier to play. Only downside is that I tried to play while I was in the car in Connecticut, but it wouldn’t let me because I live in New York. It said it couldn’t verify my location.
I wish they could fix that part of Lottocom .

I have been playing for months. It’s easy to replay you custom numbers, track winnings, use quick picks, transfer winnings or use the winnings against the next play however Lottocom has some issues after a play to open. Like a previous review, when opening Lottocom all I get is a white screen. It has taken hours to get in or I have uninstalled to reinstall Lottocom . I did check to see if there was an update that I needed to download but there wasn’t.

Extremely user friendly, great customer service and informs you when you win.

please find a way to reset passwords my account is locked out and resetting passwords is a hassle i’ve asked over 7 times still not able to get in my account it shouldn’t be this hard to reset a password jackpocket would never.

Super convenient (with a fee) and won several times. The scratch tickets sell out quickly and you can only play $20 games. Also it would be nice to have some $10 games on there as well. Haven’t ran into any issues with Lottocom .

Not only have I won scratch-offs, but I've also won multiple times in a row. I play in person and on Lottocom , spending on the same tickets. I can say that I have won a lot more on Lottocom. Also, customer service is very helpful. I had an issue with a scratch-off where there was a glitch and it didn't capture my winnings. They were able to send my winnings within an hour of reaching out to them.

I often want to get a ticket when the jackpot gets bigger and then forget to stop on my way home from work. Lotto ensures I can get a ticket when I think about it and without the need to get in the car.

I’d like a reputation to win this is my dream. As all umschattetes inside I’d like to find warmth in this large big deserted worldes .
