When will the new levels be released? I purchased gems and did not know no new levels have been released? Will you issue a refund?

I just started to play this game be each time you TRY to click on the client it won’t eat you put them where they need. Like it’s stuck and won’t put them where they knew until you do a triple click then you can move them.

I win 13 diamonds they take 4 away out of the blue. I win 6 they take 3. No way would I pay for anything with this game since they take them away anyway. Lucky you get 2 stars frankly

Was fun at first but getting to the next building is where the problems start. I think the game really shouldn't punish you for not having enough customers or gems. Sure you can make challenges for the player. But when you get few gems and can't upgrade the stations that are recommended for you to upgrade. Well, it's never really fun nor fair at all. The gem aspect is definitely not balanced. A lot of games on PetShopFeverTimeManagement store suffer from this.
But art wise the characters within the story, animals, and environment look really nice. They complement each other well. I enjoy a simple story but I can't really progress to see the rest sadly. I have no idea why but this game feel nostalgic for me. If there is a change maybe I'll redownload again. But as of right now, good luck with future developments. ♡˚✮*⊹ ◠ ◠) 𖠣˚•*

I absolutely love this game but i’m on level 38 right now and i just think that its rigged. No matter how many times I restart I will always get the same amount of coins even though non of the pets got anxious. I just think it’s really annoying and that’s what made me delete this game.

Really fun game especially once you figure out how to get gems and coins like several other people have said my only thing is once you beat it there’s nothing else to really do with the game while you wait on new levels to come out

I find that playing the Metropolis world is cumbersome in that the way the shops are lined up, not following the outline of the previous world, is super tiny, transferring pets overlapping the signs of the current sop they’re in. The medical shop is stuck waaaay in the far right corner, almost in an “out of sight, out of mind” setup.
Also, I’m still havin* issues with game sound/music disappearing after playing a few ads.

I only have one complaint, when it is suppose to show a picture before you press anywhere to continue; it doesn’t show you the picture. It’s just a pitch black box that says tap to continue.

I have completed all the levels. Ready for the next chapter ! When do you launch it ?
I wish the updates come more frequently.

Difficult to advance when you need gems, and gems are difficult to come by. Other than a few rough patches it’s a fun challenging game.

I really enjoyed this game but it gets really repetitive. I started going for the achievements to mix it up a bit and found that they don’t log your game play correctly. I’ve upgraded every bench in the capital (very pricey in terms of game tokens) and still didn’t complete that achievement. I also have been stuck on 44/45 for bathing the big city pets despite multiple levels with multiple baths. So I gave up and now I’m bored with the game.

Love the game but ready for new locations to load when will we get the new updates for more levels and more stuff to unlock?

I really enjoy the game, and the options to watch videos to get more gems, powerups, and money…. But I’ve upgraded everything gotten to level 100+ on every map. I wish they’d add more maps and more story… once you reach a certain point you can’t earn rewards anymore I don’t like that part. But actual game play is 5 stars and so fun.

I am in natural refuge spa level 14. Won’t let me get the animal out of tub and I can’t get past 14. Can u please fix it. Thank you!

Really really fun! I wish other levels would open though. It’s cute too!

When will a new location be available?

So far I’m enjoying the game.

I like playing this game. My suggestion is to add a save feature with either FB or Apple ID to pick up where we left off in the game in case we uninstalled the game.

I wish the updated shops would come out more than one at a time. I like playing all the levels and that you can go higher and higher in the 100s, but the story gets forgotten because it’s been so long since the last updated shop came out.

Love the game! Not a lot of adds, good pace.
