Yikes

An app that requires you to leave the mic and screen on all night is pretty terrible. It would be better if it could work without mic and screen, even if it leads to less accurate results, considering it's primarily a game. If it could connect to health app data on the iPhone that can already do basic sleep tracking that would be an improvement (though I'd rather not have to have both apps).

Why should I report an Issue with Pokémon Sleep?

  1. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Pokémon Sleep to your problem using the strength of crowds. We have over 1,000,000 users and companies will listen to us.
  2. We have developed a system that will try to get in touch with a company once an issue is reported and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen.
  3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.
  4. If you are a Pokémon Sleep customer and are running into a problem, Justuseapp might not be the fastest and most effective way for you to solve the problem but at least you can warn others off using Pokémon Sleep.
