So could be a very fun game. But after recording 200 matches and each of the “random rewards” possibility (5 per victory) I found that the results were far from random. This makes it false advertising or st very least extremely misleading. Naturally this is designed to incentivize you to click the “more chances” option which then runs a commercial and this rewarding you with yet another “random reward” which again is also verifiably not “random” but rather intact favors gold 92% more than the much needed boxes or better rubies.

Thus, I recommend passing on this game. It had potential of being a great tower overtake game. Smooth fun. Could use a few more variety options for types of towers or even paths. But it is very slow to progress without spending. And quite honestly even then it’s difficult to progress without spending a lot. $20 to me is fine for entertainment in a game if this caliber. But don’t think it will get you any real advantage. Probably need to spend upwards of $100 to notice a real increase in equipment.

I work in software development and usually wouldn’t mind paying a few dollars for a game. I want to support developers. At first they tell you the game is $10. Then it’s $7. Then it’s $5. If the game is $5, just say it’s $5. The pricing is shady.

But my biggest concern, and why I wouldn’t pay for this and deleted it off my phone, is how my phone gets OVERHEATED playing this! I’ve never had a game make my phone so hot. I had to take my case off. The longer I played the slower the game got. I had to restart the game every 1-2 levels because it would become so laggy and freeze.

And of course the quantity and timing of ads is the worst I’ve ever seen. I understand they need to make money, but… an ad every 30 seconds and interrupting the already short levels? And for what? The visuals are basic and the game is unstable. There is no story line. What are our payments doing to continuously improve the game? It’s unfortunate because the game concept is fun, but this feels very much like a cash grab.

Oh, and ridiculous adds, but enough people gripe about that.

No, the devs have a “PvP” mode. Me, being naturally competitive, chose to play and had fun. It immediately thew me into difficult games. It wasn’t until after a good 10 or more matches that I realized something was off. The “players” all have simple names for usernames, they always “connect” exactly on time, and they have, while less so than normal gameplay, predictable playstyles. (For example, AI have a tendency to commit and not change their troop routes.) Oh, and get this: you can go to another app, and the game will be /paused waiting for you/.

I wouldn’t mind facing just ai, though a bit more difficult, if it weren’t for the fact that winning just makes the matches more difficult. (Since you get paired against AI with higher lvl troops.) So, you may successfully get trapped in a perpetual loop of upgrading your troops while going against AI whose difficulty ranges from too easy to neigh impossible. I feel bad for anyone who actually invested money into the game in the hopes of doing better in the PvP section of the game.

I really like the gameplay and graphics of the game. However, the adds are extreme. When the add time exceeds the gameplay, it’s really bad. I understand you need to make money, but this is beyond bad and greedy. Adds even interrupt the gameplay. I paid $5 to remove the adds, they ONLY stopped the adds that interrupted the game. Once a round is finished, you can choose to see an add for additional rewards or not, but if you choose not, there is only another add that might be slightly shorter. I don’t know how much longer I can stand it. Why would I spend one more cent if the volume of adds don’t subsidize anything. INSANE, extremely disappointing. Incredible how every review I read mentions the same thing, excessive ads, but you double down on the need for ads to continue to offer the game. Really take a look at who’s at the helm, they appear to be business ONLY oriented.
I’m sorry, but if you need this massive amounts of ads to stay afloat, then you should really reconsider your business model because it’s not working.
Big props to the developers because it is very entertaining to play.

I downloaded this game and was immediately hooked. In one evening, I managed to get through the first 50 or so levels and leveled up to the 2nd bronze tier in pvp (which aren’t real players btw). The ads were numerous but doable in order to get additional rewards. Fyi, if you choose to skip watching an ad for x3 or to spin again, you still watch an ad, albeit skippable.

However, what is really troublesome about this game and why I decided to delete it is the horrendous gameplay. There is no sufficient tutorial or explanation as to what the diff parts of the game mean and how they relate. For example, the battle pass. I didn’t realize I needed to complete daily and weekly quests in order to advance in the battle pass. Once I figured that out, I realized I needed to beat EIGHTY main levels (among other things) in order to get stars to advance in battle pass.

Then I noticed with pvp your power means nothing. I had leveled up my unit and tank to almost 2,000 yet I was losing to “players” with not even 1,000. As I googled and researched tips and strategies for the game as well as read Apple reviews, I knew there was no way I was keeping this game so I deleted it and I suggest you do too until the devs make some serious changes to the gameplay. It’s a very obvious money grab with no real consideration for the players. Unfortunate because it is a fun game.

Update: I got a response from the developer: “Hello, dear Sinnsix! Thank you for reporting this problem with our tower war tactical game. We will try to fix it as soon as possible so that you can continue to enjoy it. Your feedback is extremely important to us because only together we can create the best game ever! ❤️🙏❤️" It’s still junk. This whole game experience is like buying a new phone from a shady dealer for $30. You hope it’s the real thing, but you are disappointed that it wasn’t real, more so you are disappointed in yourself for believing it might be real in the first place. 1st review: I don’t believe this game has this many positive reviews. No one would stick around long enough to get past the ads. The game looks fun, when I can play it. My phone gets smoking hot after a few minutes. Not sure why, plenty of other games play fine. Worst part? A few minutes of gameplay, and ads that are just as long as the gameplay. It feels like you are playing a game during an ad, not watching an ad between gameplay. I would spend the money to pay for no ads, only I know every booster and every other feature of the game will be ad supported. No thanks. Deleting the game after this review.

I literally can’t play anymore. I lost all 3 of my lives (very stupid concept) and they 59 minute timer doesn’t move and when I try to watch an ad it says as unavailable…. So I literally can’t play even if I wanted to. Revert this update…. Lives are so stupid you’re stopping people from playing your game. I’m on level 1015 so I’ve been playing this game for a LONG LONG time but this update has made me want to quit. Considering I can’t even play I probably will…… I’ve read all these reviews and every single one is saying this new update is horrible so my question is why not just revert?? I see you respond to everyone’s comments but don’t give me some political answers. Just answer to everyone why you won’t revert your updates

Update: still can’t play….. after 1000 levels and over 12 hours of playin this will be deleted. If you don’t want us playing your game just say it lol but this new life system is HORRIBLE

This game is just trying to grab your money. Your units quickly fall behind the computer and you have to grind well past acceptable levels to get parts to advance unless you buy them for money. The drop rate for good units is extremely low, so again grind gems to try your luck OR buy gems, or better yet, buy a better unit for $50. The multi-player is just the computer pretending to be humans (user names are all people names, no 69, 420, XXX that you find in real games, and they'll wait for you to finish an ad to get a speed boost if you accidentally bump that button) that have higher level units, but again you can buy something to advance on the leader board for cash. This game doesn't try to hide these flaws like other ones do... So at least I figured out it's a shameless cash grab early. Just do yourself a favor and don't download this cash grab poorly disguised as a game.

Edit: after the dev team replied to me, they made no changes in the right direction... Now I'm getting $99 sales... $100 is just obscene... But the computers have that level of power. So after a while you can watch ads (even with ad free paid for) to even have a chance to beat the level... Or pay $100.

Keep seeing adds for this game. Finally decided to download because what the heck. Unfortunately I downloaded it after the recent update. Got quite a few levels in and it crashed. Kept trying to open it over the next 24 hours to avoid losing progress. Finally settled on deleting and redownloading it. Lost all my progress but at least I could play it again. Until I got a few stages past what I got to the time before and it crashed again. I didn’t have to delete it this time! But that’s because as I was trying to open it again it started all the way on level one again. Rinse and repeat a few more times hoping a new update would come. Hopefully before it crashed again and deleted all my progress and I had to start on level one again. I have played level one probably over five times now with the number of times this game has crashed and deleted my progress or I have had to delete and redownload it just to get it to open. I tried. I really did. From the looks of the other comments, a lot of other people did too. I don’t even usually like these kids of games, but this one was strangely enjoyable. I spent too many hours on this game trying to get it to work. It’s probably for the best that it doesn’t work. I’d probably lose way more time on this game if it didn’t become unplayable. Don’t waste your time. This game is a black hole for time and patience.

The concept and play of the game are fun themselves. But the ADDDSSS! So many it’s unbelievable. There’s an before during and after each level. Sometimes there will be two ads during the level. Each ad is around 10 seconds (5 second video + 5 second interactive ad) and most of the times you try to close or click out of it to get back to your game it will automatically redirect you to the AppStore. Also, when you have an ad in the middle of the game, you can expect to return to the game having gone on without you.

If each level is on average 30 seconds you will spend as much time watching ads as playing the game. If you play 10 levels you can expect to sit through about 5 minutes of ads.

Probably the worst ad experience I’ve ever had because I really do like the game but I will be deleting it because it’s mind numbing seeing the same puzzle ads over and over again.

So I like the game, I bought the game and it is a fun time killer. But PVP is absolutely fake, I started a PVP game and my iPad popped a message that it wanted something and actually paused the game. You can start a game and minimize TowerWar and come back and it is right where you left off. Then they try to sell you tanks and Characters at ridiculous prices because of power, but I don’t see any change in combat. In fact I stopped upgrading my stuff 2 tiers ago in pvp and am matched with “people” twice my power and mow them down when if the game actually increased a tank it should be able to double my power it should run over my half powered tanks, unless you have to be more double the strength but how would that match be paired. To confusing and false advertising about pvp. Yes other people have pointed out they seem to be bots, and every player puts their name up? No creative names? Someone got lazy in the end, nice touch not letting pvp game start without Wi-Fi though. The ads are the reason I bought the game to play without interruptions so could have fun, the Lies are the reason for poor review.

It’s a fun simple game that can pass the time when you’re trying to relax, but don’t expect any communication or support from them. I’ve literally been trying for months to get them to help me move my game from an old phone to a new one so I don’t have to start over. It’s like no one works there anymore. Three months have gone by and I can’t get anyone to respond. And it isn’t like they designed their game like most everyone else and it syncs with a server so when you log in on a new device it just shows up where you left off. If anyone from the company is reading this, how many more months do I have to wait before someone will help me? Now been yet another month and I haven’t heard a single word from support. They keep making updates, but won’t help people who’ve switched phones. Hoping someone reads this and will finally help me move my progress to my new phone! This is beyond frustrating!

It has now been 8 months and I still cannot get support to answer me and help move my game progress to my new phone! This is very unprofessional.

That one thing will change your life forever. The only thing better than this game on your phone…is a phone without this game on it. Please stop paying or creating bots to raise up those 5 star reviews. It’s a cute game but like it’s clones, you only get a few levels (about 30 minutes) before your forced into watching ads after every win or loss. Heck every couple times you can’t barely load the game and boom an ad. What worse is the ads are supersized. I have had multiples that have lasted 50 to 60 seconds or ads. You’d make more money on the game if you showed 25% of the ads you do today, IF, and only if people like you game. People spend money on good games. If they don’t like it and it is this mess of an app, people delete. God forbid you make more money if you put in the effort on the game that you put into integrating ads so frequently. Waiting patiently for the canned Thank you reply. Wherein the contents of it make you feel like they had heard your cry and we’ll have it fixed tomorrow.

Thought it was a fun game, until the last upgrade increased the unit level at which you could 3 boosts on from 15 to 20, which you can only get by buying upgrades in the store - a pure cash grab. Greedy devs ruining another game.

Updated comment: in response to the developer reply, I take exception to their statement ”You haven't lost anything, combat power accounting has become fairer and the selection of opponents is more relevant." Combat power accounting has only become fairer to those who spend a lot of money to quickly gain a higher power rating. Before the update I was regularly able to defeat opponents with a power rating two times or more higher than mine because my battle strategy was better than theirs. Now it basically comes down to how much money you spend will generally dictate whether you win, because the strategic element has been substantially reduced. It wouldn’t surprised me that the changes in the latest update arose from complaints from players who’s high level tanks we’re getting defeated by lower level players because they know how to play the game better, so they updated it to make that much harder to do.

Ad before you start the game. Ad before you finish the level. If you take too long to finish the level, guess what… you got it, another ad. Then, when you finish the level they ask if you want 3 times the useless gold (I’ll get to that) for watching another ad. You might as well watch the ad, for the gold that you can’t use on anything, because you’re going to be watching an ad anyway. I’d rate this game 0 stars if I could. But it is kind of ok. It would pass the time much better if it weren’t for the bombardment of ads. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because I’m sure there is some algorithm that somehow cancels out 1 star reviews. There is no way this game would have over 4 stars if that weren’t the case. Keeps repeating the same levels over and over. Did I mention having to watch a plethora of ads? Definitely not worth 2 stars.

The game is a ton of fun. Like others have said, you can spend quite a bit of time playing, and very rarely lose interest in any of the levels/pvp battles. It’s about as fun, if not better than its sister app “War Regions”. Yeah, there are a ton of ads, but I personally don’t mind that. If I enjoy the game enough, I’ll usually purchase the ad blocker.

My biggest gripe: the fact that this game pushes you in the direction of being a pay to win. Depending on the rarity of the arsenal that you have at your disposal, you are forced to either shop in the store or purchase the battle pass in order to get the necessary components to upgrade further. Not only that, but items that you can get from the chest, on the terrible chance you’ll actually get enough rubies to purchase a silver or gold, the probability of getting anything decent is god awful. Not to mention that after every battle, the developers are shoving the better items practically down your throat in regards to purchasing them. $40-$50 for a purple/gold item that I’m going to have to shell out even more money for to upgrade is crazy work.

Might want to tone that down a bit, your greed is really showing.

UPDATE Sept 2023: The latest update gives the computer/pvp players two super units you have to pay $200 to get otherwise certain levels are near impossible to beat it in. Im sorry but basically making the game strategy nil and only viable through buying $200 units is ridiculous. Ive loved this game until now. Greedy developer. Older: For once I paid for ad free game play and it worked!! Sure, can still choose to watch an ad at the end of each match for extra rewards but you don't have to. Ive enjoyed the game as a quick mental break for several months now. Still love it. Note I dont think the PvP is real pvp. I think you still play against the computer, but I enjoy it. I do miss watching all my men file through the towers after you win a level. Now they disappear. Please bring that back! :) Update: I seem to have maxed the ranking ladder at Lvl9 Gold, 1st place. Seeing the 2-6 place scores/names…it definitely is not real pvp.

This is a mindless game that is entertaining enough to burn though some time. One of the issue is with all the adds that play, even in the middle of your current game. The adds are relentless and can happen upwards of five times per match, and before and after a match. The adds cause glitching, and if you don’t close and restart the game every few matches to clear the cache of the game, you will actually freeze the game and have to restart the game or even your phone. The glitches will also cause your battery to drop off a cliff, while also causing the battery to get super hot.

The other item of note is that the game doesn’t know how to add. If you watch an add to triple your coin take for the match it might tell you, you are getting 210 coins while only giving you somewhere near 160 coins. It also, does not multiply the coins properly for instance if I am suppose to be tripling 110 coins I end up with the 210 previously discussed. I don’t pay money to this game, but would question whether I would even get the correct amount.

I’ve owned and played this game for several months. There have been some recent (massive) changes that dramatically change the game. It went from a rather simplistic game (play against the AI) to a combo of play the AI and PvP. Not that big a deal, but the new game isn’t the same game from two months ago. Big bug: At the conclusion of each match, you win coins. These coins are now spent to improve your army or tank. It isn’t exactly clear how the improvements work (what is “resurrection”??). But the real problem is that the game cheats you out of the coins. I just completed a match and won “+62” coins. By watching a 30 (ish) second advertisement, I am supposed to receive 3x that number (+186). But in reality, I only received 180. Not a big number, but still it’s frustrating. Especially when that happens each match. It also makes me heavily question the legitimacy of other perks. As things are currently, I don’t want to continue playing if the game is going to rip me off and cheat.

Further frustration: the game has become a pay to win game. While I can still play PvE, hope of winning ranked PvP is low since I cannot get a decent upgrade for my armies without spending money.

As users have pointed out before, the amount of ads during gameplay makes this game frustrating to play when connected to the internet. There are indeed close to 3-5 ads per game that you must watch. On earlier levels, this could easily wait until
In between games as the levels usually do not take more than a few minutes. However, the developers clearly think that ads are NEEDED during gameplay as they have responded to other reviews with that thought process. You can still get revenue based on ads in between games. Saying you need to put ads “for functionality and to keep developing the game” simply translates to “I want more money” because there are hundreds of thousands of other games that do not do what is done here. There are games similar to that of this game that does not require ads through the game itself. On top of this, I have found that once you get to around level 150, the game requires you to use boosts to win. Otherwise, there is no technique to win the round. I have tried and failed several times with each level and it’s just not possible. Do not waste your time with this game as it may seem fun at first, but it will eventually become a problem to play and succeed.

Prior to the latest update (shortly before Thanksgiving 2021) I would have given this game 4 out of 5 stars. It’s fun and some levels are challenging, but there haven’t been any new levels added in forever. But now I give it 2 stars, because the number of ads has pretty much tripled and the daily challenges have been removed. I used to get one ad during gameplay and one ad between levels, but now I get as many as 3 ads during gameplay and still get the one between levels. For some of the easier levels, you spend more time watching ads than completing the level. Unacceptable. Since this game could be really fun, I’m holding off on deleting it hoping the developers will come out with a new update with some decent improvements. But if that doesn’t happen, it’ll definitely get deleted. JAN 2022 UPDATE: I lowered my rating to one star. This game has way too many ads. It’s no longer fun at all, and the developers don’t seem to care. Deleted.

JAN 9, 2022 UPDATE: I received a response from the developer saying they reduced the number of ads and asking me to give them another try. I re-downloaded the game, and so far I am happy. I increased my rating to 4 stars, since it remains to be seen whether daily challenges or new levels have also been added. It’s glad to see the developers appear to be listening.

Normally I don’t write reviews. I think this is my first one actually. This is a great game, and they know this. In which case they BOMBARD you with ads. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a game THIS bad with advertisements. I was getting upset when certain games had ads after every level, but my goodness this is terrible. Literally 70% of your total playtime on this game is ads. There’s an ad before every level, and if you take too long during a level, there’s up to 3 ads, then when you finish the level guess what? Yup. Another ad. I would give this game a 0 just because of how bad the ads are. I don’t even want to play it after 5 minutes because I get atleast 5 ads within that time. I tried timing it to see how much actual in game time you get before an ad, but I’ve seen no consistency. Some every 30 seconds, some every minute, and at the maximum was 2 full minutes without an ad. (Not counting the before and after ads) Outstanding. I have no idea how this game has 4+ stars with the amount of advertisements this game has. They want you to pay for their game soooo badly. I’m sure 90% of people got sick of it and just bought the game, then gave it a good review. If you want to waste your time watching ads, go ahead and download this game. I have nothing good to say other than it’s a great place to find a new game. Sickening.

This game is enjoyable when you need to mindlessly pass some time. But, once you get past lvl 400 in basic mode it pretty much becomes a massive money grab. All the npc teams use the soldiers and tanks that are locked behind a $100 pay wall, but wait it’s actually on sale from it’s regular $300 price tag 🤣
All other upgrades are $15 - $30 to get purple or higher level items or you can struggle with the horrible rng of the in game treasure chest, which is obviously designed to make you buy the upgrades.
Then there is the “pvp” mode which is really just basic mode, because you’re not playing against real people. But, you’re not fighting the beefed up Basic armies.

Ads on free games are one thing but, to try to get people to spend $100+ dollars to enjoy a phone/tablet game is ridiculous, especially since the entire game is just player vs cpu/ai. Not like like your playing some tournament mode where you can win a cash prize to recoup the money spent.

Early on in the game, you need to earn lots of coins to upgrade your troops and tanks. The random “summon a unit” is definitely stacked against you as can be seen in the “odds” displayed in the information box. Later in the game, you need crystals (rubies, jewels) in order to upgrade and summon. Once past the beginning levels, coins are basically worthless, you need 4 or 5 units summoned to upgrade and then cash is used for 1 level and then you need 4 or 5 more summons to be able to upgrade again. To get to the highest powers, it is obviously a PAY TO WIN scenario! If there was a way to use coins to buy crystals, there MIGHT be a chance for free to play person to get ahead. To even attempt to gain more crystals, you must watch a bunch of ads and even then the “random” rewards lean toward coins! I have been playing daily for about a month, but am about to delete the game…at least the grandkids are enjoying the early levels on their tablet. But they will get frustrated once they get to my level!

I know you want to buy a yacht, but this is too many ads! An ad before and after a game would be fine, but no! I get one in the middle of every game, and when entering and exiting the base. And the mascots are just plane stupid. Do you see where I’m going with this yet? Because I’m loving it, if by it you mean giving you a taste of your own medicine. After all, just fifteen seconds will make you fifteen dollars or more because of all the ads upon ads. The ads in this game are more numerous than the number of creepy occurrences in a non-Hilton hotel. Now do you get it, I’m putting ads in this review with the same frequency as the ads in your game: too 🤬 high! I’m starting to wish that Ryan WASN'T the superior brother and that I hadn’t switched to Mint Mobile. I apologize to any would be players who read this, but I think you get my point. The price for the no ads is also almost double that of ANY other game I’ve seen that didn’t have a subscription. That includes all the games made by the studio Voodoo. I think you know who I’m talking about. You’re even worse than that one 2.1 star game I keep getting ads for. That is all. I forgot to mention that you should invest in your mom’s information because there is no way that your third parties aren’t going to give my info to someone else who will then sell it on the dark web, also, switch to easy access to the dark web, switch to Chromebook!

This is a really fun and well developed game that I’m glad I came back to following the updates and new gameplays. It’s a lot of fun and fairly addictive but the effort and time put in are in no way rewarded by the developers.
The cost for in game purchases are ridiculously high for the quantity and even quality of items you would receive in any other games and other developers. A $50 spend will get you a single legendary unit that can be revived through random rolls, and a few coins that are easily collected in standard play ( the fact that you can get a legendary unit through normal means is the saving grace of this game!!!). For that amount of spend, most other games provide several different items of high value and even give additional gifts and rewards for spending that much.
The reward ranking system is poorly thought through and executed - as you rank higher your rewards stay the same as if you were in the lowest ranking.

I really enjoy this game but if things aren’t changes to better reward the user, there’s no doubt it will begin to lose players. I personal spend a good amount on mobile games per month and would gladly do the same in this game of it was worth it!

I hope this catches the attention of the developers and makes you consider your users. You’ll make more revenue from happy customers who are validated and rewarded for spending their time and money on your products.

A god way to kill time if you’re waiting for an oil change ect. Levels are very repetitive, they have about 30 maps that they reuse for all their levels, with different “themes” that you can earn at different levels. Said themes don’t actually change anything beyond the border of the levels.

The real hilarity comes with the “upgrades” for different troops and tanks. None of them actually affect the play of the game, and no ability to customize colors or appearance. But the best example of lack of self awareness is the repeated attempts to sell “upgraded” character skins for $150 each. 🤣 They claim “deals” on all of them, so they’re selling for $50, but it’s just hilarious and I’m honestly curious if anyone has actually purchased this. You might be able to sell those skins to dumb kids for $5, but $50 is excessive, hilarious, and pointless when you remember that changing the skin has no effect on playing the game.

Playing is a love hate thing. The game is a great concept and if it worked well it would be awesome. However, the adds are ridiculous, you can’t even finish 1 battle without 2 and sometimes 3 adds. This is very frustrating. Also I’m not sure what else this is doing in the background but it slows the phone way down. That defiantly makes me nervous. Also if that were not enough the game crashes often. Closing out the game and restarting it will bring it back to life but of course any progress you had made when it crashed is gone. Its not uncommon for me to start playing, get hit with a few adds, come back from the add only to have the game running so slow I can’t make any moves before the next add hits and then if I can finally win, it crashes before I get the reward. The latest thing is when I win and watch the ads to “x3” the money it show the triple amount , then drops back to original amount and credits that to my bank. So no credit for watching the add. If all that sounds fun, download and have at it.

I would really LOVE to give this game a 5 star review, as it is the only one I have found like this that does not repeat levels, and also it gives a lot of new content. I truly love this game, BUT, there are anywhere from 2-5 ads during the game itself, not to mention another one after the game. I’m all for the ads, and I get you can pay to remove the ads, but there are just too many during the game. And the ads sometimes cause the game to freeze, and you have to start the level over. It is very frustrating, and makes you not want to play. Also, I all for ads, BUT there is one ad that is NOT appropriate for kids. It’s a shame that you would support them by having their ad in the game. Showing women half dressed, and the worst is for Kings Castle, or something with Kings, showing stars over women’s nipples. It makes me feel like I’m looking at something I shouldn’t. If you would watch your content before allowing them to have an ad in your game, that would be great. Also, lower the ads during the game to maybe 1, and I’d be happy with that. Too many ads for sure, and about to delete it, but I have to say it is a GREAT game, so props to whomever created it!!!

I have been playing this game for a while. I paid to remove the ads (not that expensive and totally worth it). The PvP is not really against other players, and now that I am at level 20 gold of pvp, which I had to wait for updates to get higher, the levels repeat. The repeating levels is okay for me since I can learn the faster way to beat them. My issues are: I have a ton of coins and nothing to spend them on, the battle pass came out, but I have no idea what levels mean to progress on it, if it is pvp then I will not be able to progress much since it takes a long time to go up 300 places. And I have almost fully updated all of my guys and tanks so I am missing out on new updates of what happens when you get more ranks with them.

I play this game every day and LOVE it. Just needs a few tweaks to get a 5 star. :)

I’ve been playing for a while and really enjoy the game. Up until recently, the ads were before or after a mission and didn’t really impact my game play. Today, I’m not sure what changed. I’ve gotten 15 ads in the short 5 minutes I’ve been playing. Twice in the middle of a single mission, and once in the middle of a PVP round which almost caused me to lose. It was enough to make me quit playing where I would usually spend 15 to 20 minutes of my time on this game. 4 stars bc it’s a decent game, and the leveling up doesn’t require you to spend money. The ads need to be taken down a notch.

this game is very fun! i truly enjoy it but it moves very slow randomly throughout missions. I used to think it was just my phone but as soon as i close TowerWar out nothing is moving slow. also the ads in the middle of games are extremely annoying, i can understand ads but these are crazy. also the levels kinda seem repetitive. it’s almost like the same thing over and over just with different positions. something new in the game would be very cool. all in all it’s a good game but the slowness is very annoying and makes me have to restart levels sometimes.

I really enjoy this game. maybe too much. there were a lot of ads for a while but i turned it off of cellular so i didn’t get any. Then at some point i guess i bought something that stopped the popup ads. Yay!

but almost every in app purchase (besides whichever one i randomly bought) is like $50. like they want you to pay $99 for an imaginary tank that i guess is really powerful, but who would pay that amount? and they’re pretending it’s discounted from $250. like unbelievably overpriced. $11-$20 to buy a single battlepass. i guess I'm grateful because i probably would’ve ended up buying a lot in this game if the options were cheaper. but why did they do that to themselves? they’d make a lot more money if they lowered the price barrier by 80%.

again, the game is really fun, engaging, and has three options for gameplay and different ways to level up. maybe a lot of the other PVP players are bots but who cares. there doesn’t seem to be an option to play with or against friends which would be nice to have but isn’t necessary.

I love playing this game I can play for hours on end but unfortunately they have ads. I’m okay with ads idc about them honestly but when it happens in the middle of a “campaign” or mission whatever you wanna call it it’s annoying I can understand afterwords but in the middle like come on especially in their new PvP you still get ads in the middle of playing against people can you see how poorly that goes? As for the freezing and overheating of my phone also annoying but the freezing of the game doesn’t happen often for me anyway it’s more or less playing this game for hours starts to slow my phone down even after closing the game idk if it’s because of overheating or what but a little frustrating. Regardless I love the game it’s simple and keeps me occupied for when I’m bored and it’s super easy best tower defense game out there that’s this simple but satisfying for my needs.

Edit: best way to play and the only reason imma give it 4 stars instead of 3 is because when you turn WiFi and data off obviously no ads but also there’s no way to get better soldiers and tanks this way. I just did 200 levels or more just today with just the basic stuff still fun to play.

Very fun game to pass time with, has basic tactical gameplay.
Controls are simple and work well, basic but fun audio and art style.
It is a mobile game so there are in app purchases and ads, however interesting enough they lock there own shop behind a lvl lock. It is annoying when you look forward to a unlock and it’s just a real life shop but interesting that they are also cutting there potential purchases off until you played a bit.
All other lvl ups are very cool and the final one at 21 seems far but it fits in well with the “story” and doesn’t take more than an hour or so to get to.
Ad free mode being 5.00 is a bit high in my opinion however I was happy to buy it at that price do to the fact that they were honest in there ad that you can play this with no internet connection and as I played offline through to 21 it felt a fair price to pay to support a honest developer.

All that said fun game worth the money for no ads and the ability to play offline is nice to see again. Hopefully enough people financially responsible and stable can buy the ad free version so that those who can’t can still enjoy the games offline ability with ads when they are online.

So, I don’t normally write reviews but I feel I need to in this case for a couple of reasons. First, like others have said, the ads can be bad, but if you truly love the game, like I do, why not support the dev and pay a little money to get rid of them. This allows to dev to update the game and create more content. If you aren’t supporting them directly, the ads are how they get paid. Second, I see that there is an in-game currency, coins, but what are they used for? I see no where to use them are they simply for bragging rights?

Again, I love the game, and think it is great and well worth the few dollars to support the devs and remove the ads. Keep making great content guys!
