I love their generic answer when in fact I have done nothing wrong to deserve a ban from BestPlay. I am guessing they have forgotten that the BestPlay app was banned from Solitaire Store 🤣🤣🤣. They obviously don’t understand that not only did they ban me they banned thousands of users because their app got banned. So instead of giving a generic response maybe you should see why your app was banned.

Got banned from the Justplay app from Playvalve for NO reason. I did nothing but play the games. I was playing the this app a lot recently and accumulating points and cashing out. I woke up and went to open Justplay and it says I was banned. I couldn't even find Solitaire on the store. I'm really upset. I didn't do anything wrong, I just played games, accumulated points and cashed out multiple times. I was hoping to accumulate more points and cash out today. I'm in need of a little bit of extra money, and this has been my favorite app to earn it recently. I did nothing wrong. I won't be playing any of these games if I cannot use the Justplay app anymore. Since I can't find Solitaire or contact support, I'll be deleting all these games from my phone. Very disappointed.

They have other apps that are actually reliable…. Please stay away from this one…. It is literally a waste of your time (and your earning potential) You only earn $0.20-$0.35 maximum every 4 hours — with continuous play. I positively loved playvalve, earned $12 in 2 months, and played daily until this morning. Today I go to cash out my $2.06 ($2.00 is the minimum withdrawal you can make after the first withdrawal) and I was told my account was flagged as fraudulent. My 19 year old son had earned $4 on his account on his tablet and was told they couldn’t verify his image, so he played for nothing, couldn’t claim any of the winnings and had to delete Solitaire .

I used to love Solitaire, played it daily. They just pushed an update which makes Solitaire intolerable now, forcing you to participate in some race which has nothing to do with this app, it’s pointless. Bring back the old basic app! I’ll be looking elsewhere

The game graphics are sharp and easy to read. The flow of the game is also well paced. The reason I gave only 2 stars is that it is sooooo annoying to have an ad pop up after EVERY game! Also, it is the reason I will more than likely delete Solitaire . I know ad revenue is important, however by making the player sit through them right after every game, is a slow torture til the player gets like me and decides to actually complain about it. Getting extras by sitting through ads SHOULD be enough, no need to be so greedy.

I’ve been playing this app and spider this app for a 2-3 days now (a total of approx. 5 hours) and I have made only $.67 cents… 🤷🏻‍♀️why so low of an amount?
Also, the Playtest platform’s notification system pops up to let me know how many points I am accumulating on the screen—while playing the games—it’s beginning to annoy; because it blocks up the screen, thus making it difficult to concentrate on the game itself. There should only be one or two times notification—at the beginning and end of the session.

Nevertheless, the Playtest games are fun to play with the features on how the cards’ shuffle works quickly and precisely. Wishing there are tips to improve gameplay so I could earn more effectively. Thanks for inventing & developing this platform.

I enjoy the game when I can make my own moves, I like the challenge of deciding which card I should move next. When the cards start flying off on their own it just makes me want to delete Solitaire and find one that will let me make my own decisions. Another thing if I get a question about upgrading or if I want larger cards, I want to be able to opt for the “no” button. Right now the “no” option doesn’t work.

I love the game, however, the amount of ads this thing has is ridiculous and makes me stop playing. Other than that…highly addictive. User friendly. Maybe it should have some type of pause or break between seeing your score and playing the next game. More options right there after the ad it makes you watch.

Some buttons or clickable things like the shuffle or wand lacked complete explanation and yhe setting contained only the most basics about the game but not the formatting of Solitaire . If you’re just playing the game then cool, but using the rest of Solitaire outside of gameplay? Forget it. It’s timed but no pause button?
Overall my issue is formatting and it’s utter lack of clarity.

I've only just started playing so I can't give above a 3 star rating because so far it hasn't done anything awful nor has anything amazing happened - literally perfectly fine. I haven't tried any withdrawals of winnings or any of the "good" stuff but I will be back to write another review after I've spent some time with Solitaire , played the games for a good while (right now I've only played the classic Klondike this app and I've only played 3 hands), and gone through their withdrawal process for collecting winnings.

I really love playing the game this app and it is the only game that I am playing at the moment. I have played it on several different apps before I decide which ones are worth my time. I played JustPlay for several months and earned over $380, but when Solitaire updated, it took forever just to earn a couple of dollars. I have only used Solitaire for a few days and I got excited when I saw how fast the dollars were accumulated as I was almost on level 20 with a little over $5 that I could withdraw however I was trying to accumulate at least $10 before I attempted to withdraw anything. I took a couple hours of break time to tend to some personal things and when I returned back to the game I was sorely disappointed to see that I was back to the first level again. Needless to say this was very discouraging. I will update this review once I have another opportunity to withdraw something and see how that goes.

Solitaire used to be my favorite and is still one of my top 3 but there are so many ads now it’s frustrating. Then conveniently they added an “ad free” promotion to th app. It’s honestly disappointing bc I downloaded Solitaire bc it was relaxing and had very little ad interruptions at no cost to me. I wish they didnt try to play us like that

I just started playing this app and I have an IPhone so everytime k get a notification it shows up on the top and covers my cards. There have probably been 16-20. Maybe if you could do less notifications I could be faster and wouldn’t get frustrated. I do enjoy the set up and the whole atmosphere of the table. Thank you,

love the game an making literal change as i olay it with playtest Pro they could pay a little more than they do but thats neither here nor there lol but my only suggestion is how the cards automatically fly up to the aces and almost every game u have to go grab a bunch off the aces to complete the game well, u should definitely make that a option as im sure mist people like it but just my opinion

This game is really fun if you like this app. The only reason I will not give this a 5 star rating is because when we level up and get the chest that have backgrounds, card backs, and card styles we have to watch a video to get them. Doesn’t make sense. We earn those chests so why would we have to watch an ad to get the contents of the chest??? Really hope this changes soon.

I like that the game automatically sends cards to the top piles instead of waiting for you to do it. The game goes fast so it’s easy to play several games in a short period of time. My only complaint is that I can’t choose when the next game starts. It does it as soon as I acknowdge winnings or status updates.

I was hoping to have found a game I really enjoy playing and didn’t have issues and you almost had it. The game automatically playing cards on the ace piles and it’s both really helpful and it makes certain things difficult. If you need to make a more complex move…
the game thinks it knows what you should do and you have to fight and finagle your way around it

Way way too many ads. Also too much repetition of ads. Also ads are too long.

The game is pretty relaxing. It automatically moves cards to their correct suits once they are exposed, so that’s kind of nice. Sometimes it glitches though and a card will not move, so you have to continue game play or exit out. There are also ads after every game and for any bonus content.

I have played 5games so far and have won every game. Now that is not a bad thing but I believe it shows there is not much of a challenge. This would be great for beginners and people who want to just pass the time.

I used to play and pay for many games. This is a great way this app game fun, but the adds kill me. Although I am addicted to my phone, I soon will delete all games and devote my time to better things.

This is a speed game of this app. It automatically picks up every move that doesnt require your choice, does it for you, so game progresses quickly, much faster than other games of this app trying the same thing.
I think young people will really like it, howver, being a senior i have certain preferences: I like doing every aspect of the game myself, because the point of playing a game is not to get through it as fast as possible, but to enjoy accomplishing each step. Therefore, i dont think this will be a very big hit for seniors. Thank you.

This version of this app has an interesting feature where it will automatically move card to the the top when they are available. Which is cool, but sometimes it moves a card that you need to play on top of, which can get annoying. Fortunately, you can turn this feature off if you want.

The truly annoying thing, however, are the icons at the bottom of the screen which often cover some of the cards in play. Making hard to see which cards are available.

I appreciate the game is timed and there are rewards to winning in under two minutes. That being said, when a card jumps to the top stacks, half the time I don’t even understand what happened. Is it possible to highlight the card first or give some sort of indication before it jumps on its own? When a whole series of cards are jumping up, only the first one to move I feel would need to be indicated. Then jump away. That’s fun to watch happen.

I enjoy playing the this app game since it is a learning process and prepares for other challenging games in this app. It’s a very fun game to play and I like the animated and graphics in the game as well. Thank you game developer staff!

i’m hoping you’re not like all the other games I’ve played that don’t pay out winnings. I’m old, and I’m not even sure I’m using the correct info from PayPal or Cash App.

I don’t get to enjoy much anymore, and I don’t mind saying these new app games are like a walk through an obstacle course for me. The game is easy, it’s navigating the various apps that’s hard for me. It really is remarkable technology though, and I do enjoy learning new things.

In conclusion, any direction or information you could provide would be greatly appreciated! And, of-course, Great Job and keep up all the Great Creatuvity, too!😀

Graphics are good. Pretty easy game to play. I like that you just have to tap the card you want to move, a lot of games you have to drag the card and that can sometimes be frustrating

this app is a great game to help keep us sharp as we age- it makes you think and remember what moves you made. I really enjoy the workout so to speak! This version has challenging ones and easier ones so you can feel success along with when you are feeling like your brains are in the junk drawer!

This is an excellent game. It’s fast, smooth and intuitive, automatically moving the obvious cards you would play, saving time. Ads are not a problem. I think so far I’ve gotten one ad at the end of each game. That’s remarkably fair in light of the majority of other games I’ve played, and that’s been a lot over the decades. Suggestions? I can’t really think of one. This game is about as close to perfect as they come. If you like playing this app, you’ll love this game!

this app is the only card game that I enjoy each game is different than the previous one it definitely helps pass my time when I am bored sitting around the house I would highly recommend playing the game to friends and family for sure!!!

If you like this app then you will probably enjoy Solitaire. I personally appreciate being able to tap on the cards and have them go to their appropriate slot. Solitaire does that for you on steroids! You finger will not be sore from making unnecessary, repetitive movements!

I usually don’t care for this app, because I lose, most of the time. But not here. I Win, and so can you. I can’t believe that I actually get paid to Play.

This game provides enough options it can be tough and require thought and concentration or easy enough to play when sleepy.

Not only is this fun, but it keeps your brain working! When your older, like your seventies it’s a great brain exercise! I would definitely recommend it for older people.

I’ve played this app games for years, yours is different in the anticipatory movement of the cards making play continue at a faster pace. Thanks for that twist.

This game is this app. It is like it always has been but this one I can’t lose for some reason it lets you win every time so that’s not a challenge, but maybe you can change that in settings

For being free to play and part of the Bestplay app. Great graphics lots of card, background and card back options. Only short ads in between games. All and all one of the more pleasurable free to play Klondike this app games.

I love playing this app and this game makes it easy to play fast. My only problem was trying to change from 1 card to 3 card draw. 1 card is not challenging, but still enjoyed.

Solitaire is LEGIT. I have withdrawn and donated the money .
Then I have withdrawn money 3 more times to my PayPal account. As I’ve said before you will not get rich but it is a great app and what you win you CAN withdraw……..without spending one penny

I don’t like the pop ups. 3 & 4 times between each game is too excessive for me. The games that you are wanting me to update I have just gotten. what’s the deal with that?

I like this game a lot. The graphics are wonderful. It’s designed very nicely. I didn’t come across any glitches or bugs or anything like that. If you like this app, you’re going to love this game!

I like that Solitaire is simple and no frills. You can use the timer or not, change faces of cards. Ads are minimal and not until you finish your hand

When I have time to sit down and relax I pick up my tablet and call up my games. They can be challenging and fun, so much so that I forget that I still have chores to finish up. The good thing is the puzzles are always available. Thank you!

I really enjoy this app, but this game makes it so much fun! It collects the cards into the piles for you quickly! This way you can keep playing collecting more points towards all the other points your looking for. Yes there are some ads but not as annoying as other games!
