The ads. Haven’t played the game and I don’t plan to. I just think having an ad where they’re poking holes in condoms is over the top. That has nothing to do with the game and even if it did, gross. I get these guys are supposed to be bad guys and the girl is supposed to be treated badly, but for real? If that’s the extreme you have to go through so people will play your game, maybe you should try something else. Im not a prude or an overprotective parent, I’ve seen many inappropriate ads, but this was down right disturbing. I don’t think I’m overreacting in the slightest. It’s repulsive. You do realize that’s sexual assault, right? Just ew. How irresponsible of a company, and you want people to play your games? Instead of deleting my review like I assume you’re going to, how about doing something about your absolutely disgusting ads.

AT FIRST I REALLY LOVED the game BUT I don’t like the fact that we do all this merging and we collect all the stars but then it takes 500 stars and it only removes one thing I think if it’s gonna cost 600 and 700 stars to move something we’re renovating the hotel that more than one object is removed and fixed at a time it’s just too much, you use all of the stars in only the oven gets moved you use 700 stars and only the burger gets taken out of the oven. It’s a rip off in a way that is something. I think they should change other than that it’s a pretty good game I just don’t like the fact that you spent so many stars in it does so little for upgrades at a time. I find myself playing it less and less because you collect 2000+ stars for it to just remove 1 thing at a time it’s absolutely crazy.

I’m not sure what change they made internally, but this game has become completely unplayable in recent weeks. This used to be one of my favorite merge games, one of the few that survived when I’ve deleted most others. But recently, between glitches/bug, nonexistent support, and ad craziness the game is no longer enjoyable. I’ve been scammed out of over 100 gems (which I purchased) because of bugs in the game, and customer support it liking talking to a brick wall. I don’t understand why they make the experience worse for you once you purchase something and they seem really I intent on losing me as a user, despite me practically begging them to just throw me a bone to make up for not getting what I purchased, because I really love the game. But if that’s what they want I’m tired of trying to stay a user. I’ll be deleting and don’t recommend downloading, and ESPECIALLY don’t recommend purchasing anything!
