Worse customer services ever!!!

I booked a ride for $8 after added a coupon. However, the app didn’t validate the coupon, then my wallet is overdraft. I call customer services and they said that the coupon was not added to the ride. They cannot do nothing. Customer services wasn’t helpful at all, I wish to rate them ZERO star. Never use this service again.

I used the YUMMYTELLEVA coupon and that in facted, worked. However, when I realized, I had 4 charged of $1.50 each from Yummy. When I reached out to customer support, they say they hadn’t charged a penny and asked me to get with my bank directly. Poor customer support for sure. I would give zero starts if I could.
