How to fix WattUp app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the WattUp app on iPhone
Update WattUp app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall WattUp iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix WattUp on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve WattUp network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent WattUp app issues:

Force Stop the WattUp App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click WattUp app. » click "Force Stop".

Update WattUp to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear WattUp App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "WattUp app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch WattUp.

Fix WattUp unable to contact server/ WattUp internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click WattUp » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got WattUp » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch WattUp on android.
