Both times I’ve scheduled a ride, the app confirms it and gives me an ETA. It even gives me a 10 minute warning, but both times I’ve called the driver and they have no record of receiving a ride request. I have no idea what the 10 minute warning is based on because the ride hasn’t moved on the map.
This is literally it’s only function and I can’t trust that I have a ride. I won’t be using this again until it’s fixed.
Fix this app please!

This Richmond moves app is terrible everytime I try to use this app to get a ride it says it has a technical difficulty problem when I try to get a ride and I need to go home to get in the shower and sleep thank you and please fix this dam app.
