I have a problem with pocketgg

- The search feature is poor and often returns unrelated results.

- The app could improve its search function for finding orgs/TOs to follow.

- The app could improve its search function for finding ongoing tournaments.

- The app could improve its bracket tab by making it the first tab when opening an event.

- The app could improve its bookmarking system by allowing users to bookmark/pin a tournament using the short slug.

- The app does not allow users to follow specific players or search for specific players in tournaments.

- The app does not include rule sets for tournaments.

To resolve pocketgg network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the pocketgg App
1. On android, goto Settings » pocketgg » click [Force Stop]

Clear pocketgg App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » pocketgg » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart pocketgg.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click pocketgg » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto pocketgg » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
