When first installed the radar always focused on my location. Now for some reason it will come up somewhere in the US & I have to drive it to my location ???

My radar feature does not work nearly as well as it used to. It is jerky and often stops in mid scan, and/or fails to budge. We used to love this feature but not so much anymore. We are using iPhone 7 and 11. Any tips!
