API Tester: Scripts & Terminal Reviews

Application is pretty simple, straightforward and works well. Easy to import requests. However, lacks some must-have features like creating collections and workspaces as well as ability to use environment variables. I would rate it to 5 stars if you add those features.

Only used for a little bit, and I love the overall layout.

My main complaint (which makes it *very* difficult to use) is that the screen keeps blanking out and I have to hit tab a few times for the request settings to show back up.

One other (minor) complaint is that I’d love to be able to edit the JSON of a POST request in-line instead of having to tap on the request data and edit in a modal pop up.

This seems to be a good app for me to test my REST Api's, but OMG it is constantly asking you to rate APITester in APITester store, like every 10 minutes. But no matter how many stars you click on the popup message, the submit button is never enabled so you can never really submit a rating, with the hope that if you do submit a rating, APITester just might stop asking you every 10 minutes to rate it

API Tester is a nice little tool to have on a mobile device when you want to test web coms and aren’t in the mood to type it all out in a tiny shell.

Awesome tool to inspect and test APIs from the iPad. More delightful that it is not tied to subscriptions for certain features.

If it works without have to kill the application everyone you want to use it for every methods call. I literally have to kill the application To use it every step..

This is a very good app. Personally, I would love to be able to select and copy response data aside from the body such as response headers.

I’m finding the tool very helpful. A definite recommendation!
It can be more user friendly by allowing requests to be moved from one folder to another, or from one collection to another. It should also allow (or make obvious) the ability to remove folders.
