Cannot watch my APP FOXNATION. Was ok when I was using the DVR box from Spectrum. What do I need to do to be able to watch the app that I am payiing for.

The app was working fine then it just stopped working. When it stopped working I deleted the app and downloaded it again but now it will not pair with my phone. It says the device is already paired but it isn't.
Also, the app won't allow me to pair multiple devices for the same tv. My kids share a room and want to download the app on each of their devices but it won't allow us to pair the other devices. The actual remote broke and no longer works so we need the app. Please fix this as soon as possible.

Remote give errors. If you delete and redownload, you can’t pair it. It will say “already paired” but won’t show up. Told this tho customer service. They told me the app remote will not work if the physical remote doesn’t work. Had to be the most absurd thing I’ve ever heard. I can see 1 year ago, another reviewer had the SAME PROBLEM, and it’s obviously not resolved. I’ll take the loss, sell for cheaper and just go back to the real tvs. No wonder these tvs are cheap. They are trash. App is trash. Support is trash.

Downloaded the app and followed all the instructions. Made sure that everything was on the internet and everything was good. Then I searched for my Xumo device… and low and behold there was no device to be found. I was exactly 12” from the xumo box holding my phone… no device found, try again (over and over). I made sure xumo was good for networking in my settings. Still couldn’t pair.
Had to delete the app before I even used it.
Don’t advertise that this works if it doesn’t.
