please take into consideration fixing some bug issues and having an update. personally, app never did work right for me . not able to tap to see my schedule yet able to drag screen up and down? keep deleting the app hoping it will fix this problem by reseting or something but it does not. not even able to dismiss the little tab in the beginning asking if i want to add a profile picture since it keeps automatically just signing me in every time. whole screen is just frozen aside from being able to move screen up and down. no matter how many times screen is tapped , app is deleted or phone is reset sadly i cant even access basic functions to this app .
Won’t work

I’ve tried turning my phone off and on again, using Wi-Fi and using phone data, but no matter what I do when I enter the app it says loading for a second and then just has a pure white screen, I don’t know what to do because I can’t see my shifts and don’t want to be late, I also wanted to see if a coworker can take my shift for later in the day because I found out I won’t be able to get transportation today since it’s a holiday but since I just spent a good while trying to get in the app the shifts time is too close and I’m gonna have to figure out how I can do it, this app was supposed to be a big help but I don’t like it crashing on me
Miss the old version

Just because the app looks newer doesn’t make it useable. I’m young and can easily learn how to navigate apps when they’re updated but the current set up of the app is so confusing even to me. I’ve spent hours trying to figure out how to message my coworkers through the app and still can’t click of them to start a new message. It’s the only reason I have the app since our schedules are already posted inside our store. If I’m having this much issue imagine how hard it is for my older coworkers :/
