Scanpay batching not same day

Mittal the owner of Scanpay called me because I asked him why a transaction I did on Thursday was not batched as there app says it batches every day. But my transaction from that didn’t he keep saying I will have the money on Monday even though it didn’t batch or show it’s on the way like other transactions said . So he said I will delete your account because you causing problems when all I asked was a simple question that he couldn’t answer. I like Scanpay but there support needs help to be even better.

They gave me great support at first. Then, after not only signing up with the app, spending an afternoon adding all of my inventory to the catalog with pricing and descriptions, actually using the app to add purchases to my account, they send an email stating I need a business bank account. My account has been cancelled and I have the option to resign up and go thru it all over again under sole proprietorship. Why wasn't this said from the start??! Huge waste of time and energy.

The worst cc processor ever. They won’t respond to us to assist. I’ve personally brought over 40 referees to them. Yet they think it’s ok to hold my account as a hostage and keep it active although I’ve requested to shut it down
