June 11, 2025 i ordered a plastic card paid almost 73 dollar for courier shipment expecting 7 to 13 days of delivery. But sadly, i have not receive my card yet. its almost 22 days now july 3, 2025. id like to ask about that waybill number for me to tract it and monitor where is my card already. its not worthy to paid 73 dollars waiting for 22 days! i am lookng forward for your timely response

I am a homeowner so have plenty of utility bills in my exact name. I have submitted over 10 proof of ID, it has taken 6 months and my acct is still not verified. I suppose the issue is they want. to hold onto funds as long as possible in order to wear people out and either never make a payment, or simply make interest on that money. At this point, I did submit a NEW utility bill today, with all the required fields. Yes, because they require all 4 sides of the paper shown, they may need to actually look closely to see the current date on the bill. I am willing at this point to start a social media compaign to make sure this company is blocked and people don't try to use it.
