App so confusing

If I paid top dollar for set of headphones why do I needs this extra app to make my headphones sound better as far as I notice it didn’t change any regarding the sound of the headphones in any shape or form.

Why do you need an app to make the headphones sounds good? sounds like scam ,
Headphones should sound nice just right out of the box , Let's just buy some cheap headphones, don't worry an application will make them sounds like a pro, 🥲

It just doesn’t do anything. Either that or I don’t understand it, but that’s not on me because there aren’t any instructions.

Ok , I’m intrigued by the sound of the 360 experience, but 360RealityAudioLive doesn’t tell you how to get the music you like in that format . There are a couple demos that sound great , but there is no access to songs to play on “ my list” which must be bought with a ticket . I’m not buying a ticket not knowing what I can purchase .

By the way, this whole 360 thing is the way headphones sounded 50 years ago . Now you gotta pay extra to get that experience? I have a cheap pair of magnavox headphones from the 70s that make your head swim in music . No app needed .

Disappointing.

360 reality audio is cool. 360RealityAudioLive however is presumably used to see performances that you have e-tickets for in order to experience these in the 360 reality audio. All the videos included in the samples are extremely sluggish and suffer a very low frame rate. I wouldn’t buy a ticket for a performance to watch it as a slide show just to experience it in 360 reality audio. Once that is fixed then 360RealityAudioLive would be usable.

I bought the latest Sony headphones and a free trial for this service was included. I have tried 25+ times to set up a new account and it always errors out with some server issue.

If I can’t even create an account, what’s the use of including a free trial?!?

Sony needs to stop using 360RealityAudioLive. I’ll make them aware of this ridiculous situation also.

360RealityAudioLive verification process is not working, the access code is not working.

It seems more like an app set up for store use only with a few songs to play. It’s like a party trick for kids. You can’t listen to your own music with it, only the ten or so random preloaded songs. A free trial came with my headphones, but the website wouldn’t let me submit the code on safari or chrome. There’s something thing wrong with the development and idea. This could be great with something like Spotify where you could play any song and it sounds like it’s all around you. This isn’t that.

App is way too confusing for just a music streaming platform

I see a handful of featured content, and I suppose it’s impressive if you happen to like the microscopically small assortment, but if not, 360RealityAudioLive is worthless.

Please fix y’all’s email verification process. Whenever I click the button to setup my account through my Mail, it doesnt work. Whenever I click the link through the email, it doesn’t work. It claims that full authentication is required to start setup (resource unauthorized) if not I’ll have to just use another app.

360RealityAudioLive presents one short demo on the concept of immersive 3D music. The next choice you have is a dozen or so “subscription options” with identical wording for each option and a wide range of fees … whether that is monthly, weekly, hourly, yearly or perpetual nobody knows. Frankly speaking, Apple should ban all such subscription services that are unclear on their subscription offerings!

I see the idea, but it has songs that nobody knows. Apply it to Apple Music!

I’m really impressed with 360 reality audio, it really sounds like I’m in the middle of the music. Pair it with a performance and it’s an experience that you can’t find on other platforms.
