The app keeps coming up and saying session task failed timed out. Iv tried to delete and re install the app as well as turn my phone on and off. Tried on wifi and just on cellular

How to fix MyNovel app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MyNovel app on iPhone
Update MyNovel app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MyNovel iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MyNovel on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MyNovel network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MyNovel Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MyNovel not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MyNovel App
1. On android, goto Settings » MyNovel » click [Force Stop]

Update MyNovel to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MyNovel App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MyNovel » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MyNovel.

Fix MyNovel unable to contact server/ MyNovel internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MyNovel » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MyNovel » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MyNovel
