Tapas Status

All my ink disappeared app is loading so slow and crashing when you finally get in.

I can't upload the comic episode. I'm using the same format and size as before but my file is stuck on loading for a few minutes. Even if it does upload it will say it uploaded 0mb.

My reward ink on tap joy said rewarded but then on my transaction history and my account it wouldn’t show up and I am not able to use or see my rewarded ink

The unlock next episode (so reduced episode cost) doesn't work. I click it on, pay for the episode and then go to the next episode and instead of unlocking automatically I have to unlock manually again for full price

When I click on the app it instantly says "tapas has stopped", I can't open the app anymore, please help me. I've cleaned the cache of my tablet, I've deleted the app and redownload it and nothing. Ip

The app keeps crashing every time I click on it. I restarted phone, uninstalled and reinstalled, turned wifi on and off, changed wifi. It was working this morning and now it's not. Not to mention their terrible customer service that can take a long time to reply.

I have tried restarting my android device, un- and reinstalling the app and clearing cache but the app opens for below a second and crashes. I'm completely unable to open it.

First I just want to say love the app but lately when I have been going to read my recently reading isn’t showing up anymore and when I go into a novel or comic that I’m not caught up on it hasn’t showed me what character or episode I’m currently on leaving me stuck as to where I am

This has happened twice now. I get into the app and my library is empty. All the material I have read is lost. When I get the comics put back into my library, I have to restart all of the material all over again. I have to unlock all of the episodes I have already paid to unlock. I love this app but this is getting old.

I just downloaded Tapas app and it always says sever down and they tell me to try again and again 😟

App only opens shows tapas but does not go beyond this please update with a fix

App only opens the homepage but can’t read any stories and says I have no ink which I should have plenty of.

the app loads, but my library, etc. does not. this is for the past week

Nothing is loading and when it does, it tells me that I have no ink, but I have plenty. I know. I just bought it.

Nothing is working, the home “page” in the app opens very quickly but that’s it, no messages, no series updates listed, wait for free list shows empty, but my log-in is there (although it takes forever to show me my ink balance and there’s no ID photo)

I tried to use your App to view the messages and it said "Field WebViewevent required for type with serial name com.tapastic.data.mod.el.inbox.InboxMessageEntity but it was missing I don't understand what I should do about it.

When trying to load the inbox it says web view event is required but i have never had a problem till just now

The app keeps crashes since I downloaded a few chapters. (Okay, quite a few. Like ~40 because I cannot access it on current WiFi.) It stays on the title page for a few seconds and then crashes. I have restarted my Apple device with no success. I’m worried that if I try to delete the app, I may not remember my profile information.
