Absolutely terrible. Bought this game on the market place and played it for a few weeks, paid for VC and all that. My PS4 then broke beyond repair, so I bought a used one. Redownloaded all my stuff from the online storage and all that. My log in is expired and 2k says my account needs reverified. So I Can no longer play on my career, 2k customer support says that I would literally have to find the previous user of the ps4 and get the account names for 2k so they could remove them since they “think” there’s nba acct’s linked to the ps4 ( yes I wiped it clean and reset it and still nothing) and add my account in. LIKE I KNOW WHO HAS OWNED THE ps4 before I got it. They can’t just send me a re-verification email. This system is so flawed it’s ridiculous, 2k support is an absolute joke and have no idea what they’re doing. Not even adding a new Sony account to the ps4 did anything.

The only thing wrong is the face scans, I’ve been trying to do a face scan sense MyNBA2K22 has come out for 2k and nothing has worked. I used a ring light, bathroom light, natural light nothing worked , there’s really no other use for MyNBA2K22. It needs to be fixed with a update so people playing your game can do face scans

Been trying to do a face scan for 2 days tried natural light bathroom light and not once has it worked. It just keeps saying there was an issue with your scan. Please start again and pay close attention to the instructions on MyNBA2K22 . I’ve tried at least 50 times. Please fix this! Will change review when fixed

I have done it 20+ times over a span of now 4 hours and still MyNBA2K22 has not adequately provided not one decent fave scan; the images upload but the face scan never downloads to my player it always says error...if this is how the games developers are going to rush a product and it not even work then maybe patience should be a virtue.

Would highly not recommend scanning itself is horrible and the game itself won’t let you change it unless you delete your saved data and go back in complete waste of time and more aggravating then anything, just edit your own face and take the extra time the face scan is 110% not accurate.

I get you guys don’t want to give away a lot of VC anymore and that’s fine! It really is. But you guys used to have it where it had your park, Pro-am, and rec stats on MyNBA2K22 back in 2k17 or 2k16 I don’t remember but I literally would use MyNBA2K22 every day and really enjoyed how it kept stats. I just don’t understand why abandon it?

I got this game 3 weeks ago and thought it would be a good thing to play on the play station 4. Although, once I decided to play on mobile it broke. Not loading, crashing multiple times, and I decided to just stop. Although, good game to play not gonna lie.

For some reason whenever i try to sign into my playstation account on MyNBA2K22 the screen that it’s supposed to bring me to just stays white & it doesn’t do anything. Please fix this

It would be nice if you allowed us to touch to focus… For example If there’s bright light shinning on your forehead you can tap and hold on your face and it will adjust the lighting on its own. I think that might help tremendously. Also I was trying to scan my face on the iPhone 13 pro, and it didn’t work that much. I had to do it literally like 10 times and it didn’t even come out good, I used my moms iPhone 11 and it worked instantly first try.

Face scan works more consistently then any other year, but that is not saying much. At least update MyNBA2K22 to have an option to bring back the Rear Facing Camera. That would probably help save time and headaches at the very least.

Takes a while to get the perfect face scan. Nevertheless, it works much better than 21 did.

Even though whites are not patched on this game, it’s still a good mobile app. If you actually use it for the game then what are you doing with your life. You’re supposed to use this for one thing and one thing only. For the face scan. If you don’t like your facescan, then just make a cute lightskin. It’s not that hard. Ronnie. Fix the whites for Playmaking Shot Creators please. Thank you. MyNBA2K22 is ehh overall. Like it does what its supposed to do. Put you in the game.

MyNBA2K22 is awesome I can’t wait to keep using it face scan worked but about a week ago it did not work but is awesome

I can really see myself more clearly when I scanned my face, 2k, way to step up and once again make a good game. Love it every year 🤩🤩

Rebooted system after face scan then tried it and worked beautifully

Can’t load face scan once it gets to 4% it blue screens and says an error has occurred in the following application

Can we PLEASE have a back camera option for face scans? It makes everything so much easier.

Problem is that they released it nearly a week after the game itself came out just kind of annoying

Take your lamp shade off sit in front of your lamp with the light lined up with the top of your head on a dresser or table whatever.. did mine a couple of times and it looked great it looks better if your turn your head slower.

2k are the worst devs at preparing for something that’s been planned for years

Why did it take so long

You would think releasing a copy paste app on time for the game wouldn’t be too much to ask, but then again it is 2k. 🤡
