Force Stop the Neo Protect App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Neo Protect app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Neo Protect to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Neo Protect App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Neo Protect app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
