الخطأ في الوصول للعنوان
السايق غير لائق بالتصرف والاسلوب والمعامله حيث ان لايجيد الاحترام بالكلام يصرخ بصوته و الوقوف في نصف الشارع واستخدم الهاتف اثناء القياده وعدم الوصول في الوقت اللازم

لم يتم تسجيل رقم تلفون ولا يوجد سبب

The worst service EVER!!
• The driver didn’t arrive on the specific time and location.
• The driver was extremely RUDE and didn’t respond in a proper manner and yelled at the passengers.
• The driver kept texting while driving.
• The driver pulled over in a Main Street trying to figure out why my name wasn’t showing (cheap system).
• The fees were insanely unreasonable!

WHY WOULD YOU PROVIDE SUCH SERVICE IF YOU CAN NOT PROVIDE THE QUALITY THAT SHOULD COME WITH IT!!

So basically everyones here is acting all debatably fancy talking about “great service”. Well it better be since you're paying for your multiverse's selves rides' as well with these unbelievable cosmic prices.

Fret not developer, you're in a fertile land of capitalism and superficial social values, where high prices = high self worth for the consumer. Alas ‘tis was not meant For The People.

شدعوه شدعوه ليش الاسعار جذي غاليه !! وين قاعدين مشوار ربع ساعه اقل شي ٥ دنانير وين قاعدين

If you schedule a ride they will add an extra fee 1kd whuch is ridiculous and unjustified.

في كل مره يتم دفع الرحله وتحديد المكان بدقه توجد رسوم اضافيه غير المبلغ الذي تم دفعه بحجة انتهاء الوقت التقريبي وهذا الشي خارج ارادة العميل وليس من المنطق تحمل العميل تكلفة عوامل خارجيه او تاخير بسبب قيادة السايق بالاخير ياليت صاحب التطبيق يخاف الله بهذي الامور الغير واضحه لانه محاسب عليها

نزلت التطبيق على ايفون ولما يطلب كتابة رقم التلفون اسجله ثم يرسل كود واسجله وبعدها يغلق التطبيق ولا يكمل وتكررت هذه المشكلة ولا يعمل التطبيق ابدا

Bad drivers, very slow and very bad customer service specially call center

They told me before paying that the driver will arrive within 10 to 5 minutes when i payed they told me he needs one hour they lied to me and they were laughing in the call. Worst service

تتبع السيارة باللوكيشن غير دقيق وصعب جدأ المتابعة

When I used it for airport drop offs which is time sensitive so I do schedule pick ups ahead of time, WIYAK will let you pick any tier until its last minute they call and say its not available and “app shouldn’t accept” and it gives lesser tier. When you pick the lesser tier for the next time I was surprised last minute again that that tier not available for my location either although it drop me off before. app getting deleted after my wallet refund it caused me stress and confusion for no reason.

WIYAK always crashes after using it and i have to wait for days for it to work

WIYAK ’s map is laggy and the eta is not accurate at all.

Need to talk to you about my last pickup the I paid the driver the amount was in the agreement I want to know why you are asking me extra fees

this app is one of top companies in Kuwait that provides amazing car & personal drivers. The variety of the cars category and prices range is really great. Also they have well behaved staff and drivers, very safe driving, experienced and completely respectful towards ladies.

تطبيق جداً سيئ والسياره حاره جداً وسعر مرتفع ولكن جاني تكسي ! ووجود لائحه شركة اخرى ليست شركتكم لاتعاد ابدا ابداً
