How to fix BlurFace app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the BlurFace app on iPhone
Update BlurFace app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall BlurFace iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix BlurFace on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve BlurFace network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Fix BlurFace not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent BlurFace app issues:

Force Stop the BlurFace App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click BlurFace app. » click "Force Stop".

Update BlurFace to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BlurFace App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "BlurFace app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch BlurFace.

Fix BlurFace unable to contact server/ BlurFace internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click BlurFace » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got BlurFace » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BlurFace on android.
