Horrible app.
I have tried several times to get RidleysFamilyMarket to log in. It will not. I enter the same email and password I log into my web account and it says “email and password do not match” I enter advantage number and it try’s to verify to an email I do not, nor have I ever had. I’m can enter ALL my data including advantage card and it can’t find me. Everything is correct in my online account- but RidleysFamilyMarket cannot get pasted the wrong email address I’ve never had. Try to log in with my correct email to say no account exsists (I can log into the web with it). I’ve tried several times over several months to contact customer support about it and have gotten ZERO response. I give up and am deleting this ap. It’s garbage. Don’t waist your time supporting a store with no customer service.
I’d never heard of this but saw a price at the store that looked good. I saw that it said “digital coupon” on the sign. So I downloaded RidleysFamilyMarket while I shopped. I put in my phone number and my advantage number but it just kept asking for more information. Information that Ridley’s already has with my Advantage Card. I’m in line trying to get it to work. The cashier can’t help and starts letting people go ahead of me. I’m not an idiot, I’ve shopped with Ridley’s for 30 years but now I’m embarrassed. I walked away. Other stores are cheaper but I shop at Ridley’s to support the “hometown”. I live in Jerome where their headquarters is. But I won’t be back. The “20 minutes” it would take to mess with RidleysFamilyMarket will get me to Winco where there is no added hassle.
Extremely slow and unable to apply digital coupons due to app taking so long to respond
Cant look for coupon for item in search. Have to scroll through whole list. If the sear worked it would be fine
Slow, doesn’t load, can’t find things, free coffee after buying like 10 is no longer available. Ask staff for help and they don’t know how to find things. It’s way behind other grocery apps.
There is a bug in RidleysFamilyMarket when signing up for a new account. When you need to put in a preferred store, a menu on the left side of the screen appears as your scroll down to the rest of the prompts but then locks up RidleysFamilyMarket .
Only real grocery store in our town nice to have RidleysFamilyMarket for saving a couple cents on things here and there. Except now we can’t access our account anymore says our account doesn’t exist. Odd cause the phone number still works in store.
I cannot get RidleysFamilyMarket to work to receive any of the perks. I have deleted RidleysFamilyMarket many times and still won’t work. I have spent hours trying to get it to work with the help of Ridley employees. Still won’t work. It is easier to drive an hour to Winco and not have to deal with any coupons.
I can never navigate from my email to the weekly freebies. I used to be able to click on mobile coupon and up it would come on my phone. Now it takes me to Ridley’s site with a dozen in store coupons that I’m not interested in. So every week I miss out. Frustrated and disappointed here!!
Can only load two stores that are 100+ miles away from my location even though I have a local Ridley’s in my city. The UI is just crappy too, you can’t even search for products and making a shopping list is either impossible or just really hiding in this terrible app.
RidleysFamilyMarket seems to be broken. I inserted my alt id/phone number. RidleysFamilyMarket found my account number and indicated I needed to sign up for the digital program. After filling in all of the fields, it looks like it’s processing for about 1 second and then does nothing. I can figure out what in the form validation is missing or what the issue is. Too much time debugging, not worth it.
There is no real access to the deals advertised. They only appear in the online flyer. There are no links, there are no instructions, and if there is any legitimate access to advertising deals, it is so so inaccessible or difficult to perceive that it is tantamount to fraud and false advertising. It is completely useless and should be made legitimate or removed because it is a lie as it is !!!!!!
App never works and just goes blank. Just give the sale price if your stupid app isn’t going to work to add the coupons. Not to mention with all the spelling errors on it looks like it was created by a 5 year old. Luckily there’s an Albertsons across the street from Ridleys and have since started going their. Not to mention their store is cleaner and their app actually works!
App is not great. It will not let me log in with my account information, email and password are definitely correct because I can log in on Chrome. Please fix this so we can actually use the coupons in store. Sad when there is advertising all over the store to use RidleysFamilyMarket to use coupons. Disappointed and hope this is fixed.
So if I come into your store and a item is on sale I don’t get the sale price unless I choose it on the the freaking app???
What are you going to do about elderly people who don’t even have cell phones?
I have supported my local grocery for years but I think it’s time to change to a store that just gives me the sale price when I go in, and not have to waste my time with an app!!!!!
Digital coupons advertised in-store don’t actually exist within RidleysFamilyMarket . I went into the Hyrum, Utah store for Herdez salsa that was originally priced at $3.99. There were multiple physical advertisements about an in-app digital coupon for $2 off. I couldn’t find it and asked an associate for help, even brought one of the advertisements to show the associate. She talked to someone else and they wouldn't honor the price even though I had RidleysFamilyMarket . Also, prices in store are more expensive than in RidleysFamilyMarket . I went to purchase Food Club cake mix advertised in RidleysFamilyMarket for $.50 off of the original $1.49 price. The cake mix rung up at $1.99. Very misleading and dishonest. This place will not last much longer.
I would like to give RidleysFamilyMarket 5 stars but the search function doesn’t work, so this renders RidleysFamilyMarket totally useless. Very disappointed.🙁
With other grocery apps you can make a list by touching what you want. You can also sort by category. RidleysFamilyMarket basically shows you pictures of the ad.
The Sheridan store is very understaffed. Many times there is only one cashier. On Wednesday, there “Senior Discount Day” I have seen 6-8 + people in line waiting to check out. They have one cashier and closed all self checkouts because no one is able to staff those. Early evenings, they have one cashier with people lined up to check out. I personally have left without purchasing anything and have seen numerous others do the same.
I use Ridleys pharmacy and have always had the Very Best Service. It would make sense to get my groceries when I pick up a prescription, however, most times I don’t.
RidleysFamilyMarket is extremely users friendly
My family really tries to support local businesses, but it is really hard to not just travel to a bigger store and save a ton of money by purchasing in bulk rather than daily trips to our local ridleys. I really think that Ridleys should be audited for fraud because they advertise specials, you download the digital coupon to get the special, and immediately you notice the price is normally not listed right and you are told that it takes it out on your receipt at the end. The receipt is literally printed in the most confusing manner so that you cannot even track your savings unless you buy only one item which is think is on purpose. It also bothers me that they have eliminated the chance for elderly people like my parents to even get these savings due to not having a smart phone or being able to navigate their (purposely) difficult app. When I do help my parents shop there it seems like their server just happens to be down quite often and wont load items...... so do you just leave and hope it is running when you come back? Bring back basic simple shopping it is that easy. If it has a sale make it ring up for that exact sales price with a basic simple ridleys card, and for Pete's sake don't make limits on sale items (must buy 4) unless they are actually going ring up right because now I have 4 items that are not as listed in the sales price, and that is the fraud that bothers me most. I really didn't want four of them to begin with but to chase a savings I made the commitment to purchase 4 of them just to realize that the digital coupon didn't process quick enough or to have an employee tell me that it is right but can't explain to how to read their receipt to show where it is. Ridleys, you have great potential, but you need to listen to your customers the reviews say it all.
Don't Do Business With the Pharmacy at Eagle Mountain Trying to use the Ridley's Pharmacy (Eagle Mountain) has been the most frustrating and bewildering experience I've ever had with any kind of "customer service" oriented business. The manager has no manners and comes off immediately as being angry you are disturbing her to do business there. Then if they decide they don't like you, it gets bizarre. The manager makes judgments about your medical condition and publicizes it to other employees. She tried to get "in between" me and my doctor as if she knew what was up. DON"T GO HERE if you can help it. Such ugly and unprofessional service should not be rewarded. I reported it to the store manager who seems very concerned and said he would call me back. When I didn't hear back from him, I called and he simply hung up the phone. Seems the Pharmacy manager had a story all outlined for this situation and the manager seemed to buy it. Nothing but games and intrigue going on it seems. Very unprofessional.
