I have tow X-sense 10 year smoke detectors that I purchase on 12/30/2020. The one in my bedroom has a light that flashes as I am a hearing impaired person, it is Model: SD01. For the last couple of months it will beep three times even though there is no smoke or cooking going on in the house. Please advise me as to what I should do.
I wanted to replace seven old smoke detectors with new ones, and chose the X-Sense smoke and carbon monoxide alarm with the voice locqation hardwired units. I bought a package of six through Amazon, but needed an extra one. I found one on ebay and bought that. When the spare unit arrived, it did not have the installation ring or the harness. Can I buy the ring and the harness through you?
Can’t change location

When setting up it asked me to choose a custom location name so I did. Now whenever I add a new device the drop down defaults to that location and when I click the drop down to choose a new location that is the only location to choose from and there is no option to choose another location. I have deleted and reinstalled the app and there was no change, still only one location.
Smoke detector

My smoke detectors have been going off randomly without any smoke. Even with new batteries it’s still happening randomly. Any help would be great
