Good morning I just received my hive mapper dash cam. Installed everything and been running for a couple hours but I don't see any honey tokens being earned. There's a few finder on my phone I just want to make sure that I have my camera positioned correctly can I email someone a picture of it

I’ve had this app and dash cam for about two weeks now. The first week everything was kind of working but the UI was still pretty glitchy. Now I can’t even get my wallet to connect to the app therefore it isn’t allowing me to upload map data. At this point I’m unsure if I’ll even recoup the startup cost of the camera. Reading back on these issues, it appears that this has been a consistent problem for this platform.

I am a founding member of Hivemapper using the original device. I waited a year to get my device and once I did every time there was an update the device would fail. I’ve been looking at a beautiful brick in my windshield for over a month. Using email or discord as your only options for Support is a joke. The mini firmware and software updates that continue to have problem after problem makes this an unworthy investment.

I am beyond frustrated! Apart from having to wait two days for an email response from customer service every time I have a question ,the tracking information that they gave me shows that the item has not even left the factory! I have been handed off to several different customer service reps with one even showing with a screenshot that my order was on a two day delivery. I don’t understand why I have to wait 1 to 2 days after each question I have for a simple response? I have resorted to finally writing a negative review in hopes that someone will finally reach out to me and take care of the situation. Extremely disappointing with the whole process and lack of empathy from the company representatives!
