My BoldVoice stopped working, so I thought my subscription had ended because I had set it up for one year. Then, on October 27th, I registered for BoldVoice again and paid $199. Today, I checked my credit card bill and noticed that I was automatically charged $149 on October 15th. This is not acceptable. Please refund my money.
I have been charged twice: once on October 15th without my knowledge or any email notification, and a second time on October 27th, which I paid. Please review and assist with this issue.
I cancelled my subscription as July 26 th is the billing date after free trail. I am not using it much and it changed $149.99 . I dont need this subscription. Kindly return my money back. The support agent said that "It appears like the App Store has already charged you on 2023/08/15, this is why you would need to follow the above instructions when it comes to requesting a refund from the App Store." Content is great. The app itself can use some improvements. Especially the video playback often freezes which can be solved by going 10s back and then 10 forth. Also recording usually has some lag so the first things you say usually are not recorded

I’ve done a couple hours of training and already noticing areas I need to improve in. This supplements my duolingo studies nicely. Can improve my English while still learning other languages. I wish they would branch out to other accents though- would prefer my English to sound like British English but it’s a new app and I hope they continue to expand.

I think everyone who has learned English in a foreign country should use this. We all have good grammar and vocabulary but when it comes to speaking... it's tough because we haven't had enough practice. I do recommend BoldVoice to all English learners
